Mike: You have my contact info…why would you ask me to call you??? I spent several months working with you before finally giving up and turning it over to my insurance company. You and Burnsville Toyota had plenty of time to make it right and obviously chose what you thought was the most cost-effective for yourselves. Sorry, but that was obviously the wrong choice. I suggest you look for a different line of work that doesn’t require customer service. Greg
