so when leaving a review) Burnsville Toyota scratched the paint on my wheels during the first 5k service, attempted to refinish them 3x’s, and dragged their feet for nearly 2 months, refusing to provide new wheels to me. I contacted my insurance company, ordered new OE wheels through another Toyota dealer, contacted Toyota Care and had new wheels installed within 1 week! $0 out of pocket, $3350 covered by insurance. Experience dealing with Burnsville Toyota…priceless!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You have my contact info…why would you ask me to call you??? I spent several months working with you before finally giving up and turning it over to my insurance company. You and Burnsville Toyota had plenty of time to make it right and obviously chose what you thought was the most cost-effective for yourselves. Sorry, but that was obviously the wrong choice. I suggest you look for a different line of work that doesn’t require customer service.
