I've purchased many cars throughout my lifetime, and for the first time, it felt like the staff CARED about my daughter, what was within her budget and what her needs were for a first new car. Slow processing . Incomplete things No gas in new vehicle. Gas ended at about 2.8 miles Had to call friends for gas So embarrassing Dealer should have checked before giving out cars No gas in new vehicle. 5K maintenance appointment. Went for my 5K scheduled appointment and was thinking it would take 2 hours. Nope!! From checkin with Franco to finish it was 45 min!!
