Let me say this, as someone who has bought many new cars, houses, campers, and as someone who works in a sales field. I have never had anyone be so dilligent in their communication, follow up, integrity, and professionalism as Morgan and Claron at Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh. We will absolutely be back, i already sent my cousin to Morgan to purchase a new silverado and she delivered the same customer excellence with him that she did with us. If your somebody who hates buying a car because of the sales tactics and games that some dealers play... save yourself the frustration and go straight to Morgan at Koons Chevy.
