The people and managers there are extremely knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to get your business. My main issue, purchased a BRAND NEW 2024 vehicle with 300 miles and the driver window and willing to do whatever it takes to get your business. My main issue, purchased a BRAND NEW 2024 vehicle with 300 miles and the driver window won’t roll down and the replacement part is “unknown” status. It’s embarrassing and disheartening going through a drive thru with a new Shottenkirk tag on your car and having to open your door to get your order because the window won’t roll down. I also dislike where it’s “required” to have to purchase the $895 1 year protection. If it’s required why not just put it in the price. More

I had a flat tire late in the afternoon. I was able to get the donut on and then drove straight to Schottenkirk Chevrolet. I had never been here before as I am fairly new to the communi I was able to get the donut on and then drove straight to Schottenkirk Chevrolet. I had never been here before as I am fairly new to the community. The Service Shop was able to patch the tire and get me back on the road fairly quickly! I will definitely be back when my car is ready for service! More

Morgan was the staff who assisted me in getting my vehicle looked at. He did inform me upfront that it would be about a 3 hour wait and offered a shuttle service, however I declined.
