I come to DCH Paramus Honda for my car's service because of high quality customer service and repairs. Natasha Nedd is the service advisor I rely on and prefer to work. There's just something extra trustworthy about her. Caring too! My car is a 2015 model I bought at DCH. I drive between 30k-40k miles / year and now have 271k miles on my car. It STILL runs great! I don't have issues except when things wear out, which is to be expected. Am very satisfied with the quality of service, repairs and time spent at DCH Honda Paramus's service center and especially with Natasha! More

What I value and appreciate are Natasha, prompt service, Lyft / shuttle / complimentary rental if parts aren't in to complete repairs that day.
