Awesome service as usual! We took our RAV4 in because of an issue with the heater/AC and found out that a mouse had gotten inside the heater box and damaged many of the compone We took our RAV4 in because of an issue with the heater/AC and found out that a mouse had gotten inside the heater box and damaged many of the components. The cost of repair was going to be extremely high and Gynnae Britton in the service department suggested we contact our insurance carrier which I hadn't thought of. With the assistance of Pam Bishop, Gynnae quickly got the quote to the carrier who agreed to cover the repair. After receiving the parts the service tech got it all put back together quickly and now it works great. We have alway received excellent service by the staff at Byers Toyota in sales and service. When it comes to service Gynnae is always the first person I call. She is the best. More
