I had just gone through a divorce so I needed to wait until my credit was more stable due to the debt of what a divorce entails. I had an ongoing communication with Eli, and he walked me through the process, and when I was ready I came back since I had established a relationship and that is a very important piece when purchasing a vehicle. I am also forever grateful for Chyrlyn's cordial, inviting, and respectful professionalism in the work she does. Eventhough her role is a serious part of the process in being a vehicle, she was kind, and cordial throughout the process. I am grateful for how the staff went over, above, and beyond in helping me get a reliable(warranty) vehicle that met my needs since I was not the only one they assisted, but my family. I called Honda Cars of Bellevue, and their Service Dept walked me through som My Honda Pilot wouldn't start when I was running errands on a Saturday. I called Honda Cars of Bellevue, and their Service Dept walked me through some steps to try and start it. When that wouldn't work, Honda Assist came and towed it to the dealership. Because it was a Saturday afternoon, all car rental places were closed, but Sales Manager Tony Sorenson offered a loaner car to get me through until Monday. This is the 3rd Honda I have leased from them, and have always had great experiences! Would highly recommend for both their Sales Dept and Service Dept. More

Awesome Customer Focus Honda has a service promise just like most local dealerships, but I can tell you from personal experience that Honda Cars of Bellevue takes great prid Honda has a service promise just like most local dealerships, but I can tell you from personal experience that Honda Cars of Bellevue takes great pride in their service delivery (actually doing what they promise). On numerous occasions I have called or just stopped in, needing an immediate oil change or with a concern over a dashboard light that just came on. I am always met with care, concern and instant attention - no appointment necessary. More than that, they generally go above and beyond. A standard oil change includes a full vehicle inspection and a wash/vacuum of your vehicle. When complete, the service tech discusses with you everything that was checked &/or completed and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I have had interactions with all the Service personnel and they are so personable and knowledgeable. I know I could have my car serviced elsewhere for less, but I don't Trust anyone but Honda for my Odyssey's service needs. I have been going there for eight years and will definitely purchase my next vehicle there as well. More

We have been so pleased with our dealings with them that I just automatically go there. There is no high pressure at all. The prices are very reasonable and their service department is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. David Quach did a great job in showing us the features on the car and as usual, Tari Brewer gave us a clear explanation of our finance and warranty options. If someone is interested in a Honda this is the place to go. Great folks. Friendly, professional approach to business. MUCH better than other dealers I have dealt with. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My family member also agrees. They don't push things you don't want, they don't lie, and they are patient with your decision making, not to mention their service department is five star and does not inflate service fees. Great knowledgeable mechanics. I'll be buying my Hondas here from now on. More
