This is a fraudulent review posted by a disgruntled employee. Had this situation really occurred I would have handled to the satisfaction of the customer. The fact remains this never happened.

I am not a former employee. My husband indeed purchased a 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport from your dealership and everything I stated in my review is factual and proof can be provided. The fact that you’d try to pass this off as a disgruntled employee without asking any questions in regard to the review is just further testament to the lengths you’ll go to in order to try and hide your deceptive and illegal business practices.

I called and left a voicemail with my contact info. The only acceptable resolution is for you to buy the car back for what my husband owes on it and also providing him with reimbursement for all payments he’s made. This has been clearly requested numerous times and you’ve refused. So, no, you clearly do not care to handle issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Bad cars happen, they’re called lemons. Dealerships refusing to make right of them and forcing a customer to have a vehicle that is constantly in the shop is extremely poor customer service and therefore this negative review is the appropriate thing to do, to forewarn other potential customers.

While it is true the payoff was made late due to a clerical err every effort was made to keep the client's son aware of the process and circumstances. When it was brought to our attention on 1/3 we investigated the outstanding payoff and discovered it was missed. I informed Mr Del Rosario on 1/4 at 8am in the morning that I the payoff was made on Tuesday 1/3. I even sent it proof of payoff. Additionally, I prepared a letter for Del Rosario to present to any credit agencies that reported him late. That letter was sent to Mr Del Rosario via email and regular mail on 1/5.
