Shady sales practices. They advertise a car below KBB, then when you call to inquire, they say that there is a $3k "dealer fee" added to the price no matter the vehicle. This isn't advertised anywhere on the website or in discussions until you want to buy. Why not just advertise that "fee" or include it in the list price. There's also a $1495 fee if you don't finance with them. That could be 10% of the entire price in un-advertised fees. More

Sold me a car they knew there was something wrong with. The codes literally came up on my drive back the day of purchase. I have been trying to get them to fix this over multiple months now. It’s clear that they clear codes. Every time I have showed up for them to “fix” this issue the code is gone for about 100 miles before showing up again. My experience with this dealership has been a nightmare and they knowingly sell cars that have issues and conceal said issues. They are now telling me to “take it to Mercedes’ after they promised to solve this issue on multiple occasions. Whatever you do, buy your car anywhere but here. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the purchase of a car (and that says a lot). More
