The upgrades to the new facility are much better than the previous facility. However, the same people work there, and at times it is hit or miss as to whether they’re friendly or not—especially in the servic previous facility. However, the same people work there, and at times it is hit or miss as to whether they’re friendly or not—especially in the service department. Additionally, wait times are more than 30 mins; and don’t expect a rental car instead you will get a complimentary Uber which is ineffective if you have other errands to run before your car is done being serviced. Had the best car buying experience at Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta. Paul and Mike were great helping me to purchase my new car and trade my old one in. Miguel made the financing process a breeze.
