very accommodating. Vehicle was repaired in more than a timely manner. Very accommodating. Made an appointment for diagnosis of two problems on a Friday. Brought the car Vehicle was repaired in more than a timely manner. Very accommodating. Made an appointment for diagnosis of two problems on a Friday. Brought the car in on a Monday afternoon. One of the issues was repaired on that day. Second issue required parts to be ordered. Expected a call that Thursday but to my surprise Wednesday morning the parts came in. Wednesday afternoon I was back in the drivers seat. Did not think I would have the car until Friday. More

Fantastic service I've purchased many cars over the years from Bourne auto and couldn't have had a better experience anywhere .. If there was an issue it was always tak I've purchased many cars over the years from Bourne auto and couldn't have had a better experience anywhere .. If there was an issue it was always taken care of without question... However my service experience with them this week was over the top good!! It's why I am happy I've developed the relationship with them.. In short my wife's infinity had a noise which they thought might be a wheel bearing problem.. As it turns out the noise was from a caliper problem and brake pads .. I authorized the work, it was completed but the noise persisted... As it turned out it was a bearing problem that required not only a wheel bearing but the axis was bad as well.. They completed that work at NO CHARGE to me as it should have been diagnosed originally. Never had that experience anywhere. Paul and Mike in the service were fantastic. I was already committed to them for all my car needs but I feel compelled to pass this experience on to others because there is no better place to go for car needs!! I'm not one to write reviews but I just had to after this experience....Jack F More

Great Service with Short Notice Lost a cylinder on the way to work due to a bad coil. Called at Noon, dropped off the car and Bourne's took great care of me. My experience has been good.. I recommend the service dept. I have been well taken care of every time I have had work done on my car. The have been courteous and efficient. I mostly have worked with Corey who h I have been well taken care of every time I have had work done on my car. The have been courteous and efficient. I mostly have worked with Corey who has been terrific . Mike Clark has also been very helpful answering my service contract issues as well as mechanical problems. More
