We have purchased four new vehicles at Beaver over the past 10 years, two Corollas, one Tacoma, and very recently, a Rav. I've rated the service department as great because they are - we appreciate the staffs' knowledge and professionalism, and their willingness to go "above and beyond" to make sure we are satisfied with their work. The service department is a complementary added benefit to purchasing a vehicle from Beaver, because their sales staff and management is also great - they keep us coming back as a happy customer. They too are very professional, but also warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection, and negotiations are always carried out in a positive manner. It is a pleasure doing business with Beaver. More

I wanted to write to you, to tell you how impressed I was with your service department. My wife and I were on vacation in Taos, NM, last week, when our new 2014 Toyota FJ had its power steering O ring and m with your service department. My wife and I were on vacation in Taos, NM, last week, when our new 2014 Toyota FJ had its power steering O ring and motor fail. Our car was towed to Santa Fe and your techs did an outstanding job of taking care of us, of going the extra mile to make sure our car was fixed. With only 500 miles, it was apparent that the dealer we purchased the car from failed in their responsibility to sell us a vehicle that had been safety inspected before being sold. Your techs took the time to clean up the mistake, fix the car, then explain to me what could have happened if we would had followed the advice of the dealer in Denver. They suggested that with the power steering fluid leaking, we should drive the car from Taos to Santa Fe. Your techs explained what could have happened if we had done that. Please convey to your service department and your techs how grateful my wife and I are that you were able to get us in, fix us up and get us back to our vacation. Your service department went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it. It's not often I'm surprised and impressed with a car dealership, but you guys accomplished just that. Great experience every time we go! Linda Beaver, you have a heck of a service team! All the staff I have listed are always helpful during our visits to Beaver Toyota. It’s easier to do business with a staff that cares and treats you like a friend and family. Beaver Toyota has a loyal customer base because of their entire staff. Beaver Toyota cares about customer service, before – reminding me when a service is due, and after with a follow up – a call asking me if I was completely satisfied with the work done. Beaver always stands behind their service. Between my family and I, we have a total of 6 Toyota vehicles, and we only let Beaver Toyota service them. Beaver Toyota investigated and fixed at no charge an intermittent vehicle skid control safety issue on my 2002 Sequoia. Troubleshooting revealed a possible cause from improper fastening of DVD electroni intermittent vehicle skid control safety issue on my 2002 Sequoia. Troubleshooting revealed a possible cause from improper fastening of DVD electronics near a skid control sensor, which was previously done by a non-Toyota shop. Another Toyota dealer had originally sold me this 2002 Sequoia new, with the after-factory-installed DVD system as part of the Toyota deal, because that dealership did not have a Sequoia on their lot with a factory DVD. The same issue has been under a Toyota recall since about 2010 for 2003 model year Sequoias. Unexpected skid control and uneven braking problems on Sequoias for model years near to 2003 have been reported by owners on various websites. More

We hope we did an excellent job on your Prius Dear Paul, Both Tim Wierwille and I (Molly Long) are regular customers there at Beaver Toyota...and there are many reasons: Every single time we come in, we are treated with respect, courtesy, and a personable attitude. It is SO APPARENT that a spirit of professionalism and a positive morale is fostered among the service department. We feel confident in their expertise and trust the information they convey to us. Recently my 2002 Toyota Prius was there for two weeks, as a recall for the rack and pinyon (sp?) became a much bigger ordeal than anyone had anticipated. I would like to personally thank Diego, who kept me informed and reassured, and Luke, the tech who must have been going "nuts" ....no pun intended Also thank you to Tony, who efficiently arrnaged for a rental. (After driving it for 10 days, I think I might have to get myself one of those Toyota Tacomas!) Beaver is our go to dealer! They are loyal to their customers and very respectful! They are friendly in the dealership and when they encounter you in the community. Beaver is the ONLY dealer I want to work with because they pay attention to detail and do not give you the run-around you get with so many ot Rav 4.
