Awesome service I came in for an oil change and was taken care of right away. Pete was quick and explained everything. He told me it would be ready in about an hour a I came in for an oil change and was taken care of right away. Pete was quick and explained everything. He told me it would be ready in about an hour and a half & I received a text once it was done (which was ahead of schedule) I always come here for all my vehicle maintenance, it's hassle free and everyone is pleasant to work with. First service was extremely disappointing. The service manager asked in an email IF we could not mark "excellent" as a review of the service received, to call him or her. He/she did not leave t The service manager asked in an email IF we could not mark "excellent" as a review of the service received, to call him or her. He/she did not leave their name or number. We called Diamond Honda and left two messages for the service manager to return our call. No one returned our call. A part of the assembly for the spare tire was left in the console; the hood of the car was left unsecured; the price for the new tire was quoted to be $120 with $20 for installation; the bill showed we'd OK'd $180 which was not true; the vehicle is a 2016 Honda Odessey - and the tire is not warranted. Upon further review, please change that rating to one (1) star. More
