I'm Married with five children, ten grandchildren, I live in the Gahanna area. I've been selling Toyotas for twenty years. I spent another twenty years as a Restaurant General Manager for Wendys and then Cracker Barrell. My hobbies are boating. hiking, my Brittany Spaniel, landscaping, and my Grand Children. Professionally, the thing I'm most proud of is the thousands of customers who have purchased two, three, even five cars from me. I love Toyota and I love my Customers.

We were very impressed with the Byers Dealership. Phil Bickel was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Our buying experience at this particular dealership was excellent. Each employee, from the sales manager, to the finance manager, to the sales personnel were very knowledgeable about their products and ext excellent. Each employee, from the sales manager, to the finance manager, to the sales personnel were very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. We were able to reach an agreement on the price of my vehicle fairly quickly. After submitting a quick credit application, we received a very competitive finance rate. We were also given an estimate of the fees we could expect to pay and our final car loan payment, to eliminate any surprises. It was an awsome, effortless process. Great job Byers Toyota Family! More

I rate Phil Bickel very high. The biggest I rate Phil Bickel very high. The biggest frustration was that we twice were led to believe we had a car and both times, we were told, two days l I rate Phil Bickel very high. The biggest frustration was that we twice were led to believe we had a car and both times, we were told, two days later, they got sold...that was 3 cars twice. In an era of instant communication, I find it hard to understand that you still use Pony Express to communicate to the dealers with the available cars. I know they would rather sell the cars from the lot the vehicles are on, but it is, to me, unethical to lead somebody on...thinking they have a car for days that there was never an absolute hold on. We learned a big lesson on how the system works and how we will, or tell others to, handle the dealers in the future. Janet Blank More

I was very pleased with my experience at Byers. I have purchased one new veicle before at Byers and tried in the past to deal, but was unsuccessful. This time I was successful. Phil Bicket treated me with respect and didn't play the old fashion salesman game of running back and forth. He took his time and wa very patient. He has been available to answer all my question before and after the sales regarding my new 2012 Highlander. I have also been a loyal service person with Byers for some years including when Eric was service manager. Josh and Jamison in service are the best. Keep up the great work. More
