Thank you Tim and Ovi for an outstanding customer experience! Our visit to Suburu of Jacksonville was unexpected for us, but highly welcomed once we arrived. From the enthusiastic and pleasant greeti experience! Our visit to Suburu of Jacksonville was unexpected for us, but highly welcomed once we arrived. From the enthusiastic and pleasant greeting, to the highly detailed demo of the all-electric Solterra, we were highly impressed with Tim and his vast knowledge. Tim was fully transparent when we began discussing pricing. The ease and smoothness of our purchase was truly effortless. Tim guided us step by step. Ovi, from the finance office was awesome as well. Ovi showed my Mom and I all of the extended warranty packages and the full breakdown of services and what they offer. Ovi shared with us his love of photography by showing us his Suburu embedded deep in the sand, and it's extreme offroad capabilities for adventurous times. Suburu of Jacksonville is stellar and my Mom and I are so happy that we decided to shop and purchase at this dealership. In this Soletrra, we look forward to many fun adventures ahead. Thank you!!
