From the enthusiastic and pleasant greeting, to the highly detailed demo of the all-electric Solterra, we were highly impressed with Tim and his vast knowledge. Tim was fully transparent when we began discussing pricing. The ease and smoothness of our purchase was truly effortless. Tim guided us step by step. Ovi, from the finance office was awesome as well. Ovi showed my Mom and I all of the extended warranty packages and the full breakdown of services and what they offer. Ovi shared with us his love of photography by showing us his Suburu embedded deep in the sand, and it's extreme offroad capabilities for adventurous times. Suburu of Jacksonville is stellar and my Mom and I are so happy that we decided to shop and purchase at this dealership. In this Soletrra, we look forward to many fun adventures ahead. Thank you!! I was in the need of a new car and after visiting other dealers came to Subaru of Jacksonville. Best decision ever! Dave Bailey greeted me right away and within minutes we were test driving cars. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and about the different models and trims. I easily learned all the features of the car. I ended up purchasing a Subaru Forester which I absolutely love! He then went above and beyond to help my mother with her lease trade in and even arranged to help deliver the car to our home. I have never been treated so well anywhere! It was truly as if we were family . AJ in the finance department made the final steps seamless and I was on my way. Thank you Dave!!! Thank you AJ!! More
