Very happy with my experience. My service rep was out on vacation. Mike the service manager stepped in and took care of my issues. He was terrific. The tech was very misleading and cocky. Does not seem to know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. I had to go to the finance manager, who actually called the warranty company where I was abl know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. I had to go to the finance manager, who actually called the warranty company where I was able to get my answers. Preston completely went against even what the warranty company stated. He seems to be out for himself and what he can make off of the customer vs what he can do for the customer. Will not be back! More

I have purchased my last 3 cars from Southtowne Motors and have never had a negative experience. Routine maintenance is easy to schedule and they are prompt with their work.
