picked up loaner car and drop off Jeep to fix oil leak Everything went smooth and and it was my first time getting a loaner car. Tire blowout I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who tol I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who told me my tire was covered due to the wheel and tire protection I bought that I totally forgot about. He ordered the tire for me and had it the next day. When I got to the dealership the next day, he had my car in and fixed very quickly. You gotta love these guys! More

Very helpful staff! They always help me out when I am there. Had to go there for a few things. Each time they greeted me and had all the answers to my questions! They always follow up with calls to let me know the status of my car when I leave it there for repair. They are also always willing to drop me/pick me up when needed since I leave my car there for the day! More
