Had been planning on buying a new car, so didn’t want to rent and bother with switching cars twice. Needed a car now. Had the crashed car towed to the dealer after calling from the accident site. Got what I wanted at a good price, and quickly. Worked with me concerning my ‘trade in’ or whether it made sense to donate it. Helpful, informative and pleasant at every step in the process. Have purchased from A-1 before and had a great experience before. A-1 Toyota has earned my highest recommendation and continues to live up to it each time! More

Working with Ralph and Christina made for a pleasant experience, at an exceptionally trying time with the other dealership. They were extremely professional, guiding me through the whole process and providing me my vehicle in proper working condition when the job was complete. The A-1 body shop team was great to work with, and I would recommend them highly. More

Amazing customer service I recently took my Toyota Prius to A-1 for body work after an accident. I was noticeably upset. I was completely reassured and put at ease. The body shop manager, Ralph Doyon and the shop coordinator Christina Hendricks treated me with great courtesy and competence. They handled everything promptly and efficiently. My car was restored to showroom new appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by A-1. I cannot imagine every taking my vehicle anywhere else. I also know, that when I am ready for my next car I will look no further than A-1. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!! I bought an alarm system and they installed. Later on I installed an aftermarket strip of LED lights to the back of my car asnd the alarm system faile I bought an alarm system and they installed. This is not supposed to happen considering the alarm system is a new and advanced peice of hardware. Instead of finding a solution to the problem, the only thing A1 Toyota decided to do was blame and insult me. A1 Toyota has dissapointed me. More

Ralph is the best! I refuse to get my car serviced anywhere that isn't A-1 Toyota. Not only do they do a great job, but they provide excellent customer service. I usua I refuse to get my car serviced anywhere that isn't A-1 Toyota. Not only do they do a great job, but they provide excellent customer service. I usually work with Ralph from the body shop when someone hits me and I need work done on my vehicle. Recently, I was hit by someone and my right side mirror was completely knocked off. Ralph helped me and made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything! He took care of all the annoying and tedious back and forth between insurance companies. A few months after fixing my car, I noticed my mirror malfunctioning again. There was internal damage that was not found after assessing the accident the first time. After servicing my Camery, Ralph was able to get the insurance company from the accident prior to reimburse me for what I had to put into it. Ralph, as well as the other A-1 Toyota staff, were very pleasant and I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they remain pleasant service providers.
