We noticed a small hairline crack on the dashboard facia a few weeks after delivery. Nearly 4 months later, the dealer will still not resolve. We went to Universal as they were the local Costco auto program partner. The process while long was overall good. We didn’t find what we wanted on the lot so the sales person took us on the back lot to fin program partner. The process while long was overall good. I will say that sales and finance don’t have great communication so have and keep your ducks in a row as it relates to discounts and incentives. Also, to their credit, when there was an issue that came up, they General Manager made it right. More

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Electra and the car speaker from the stereo does not work and the horn. They sold me expensive car insurance only to find out my car had an anti-theft recall.
