Horrible experience Over experience was horrible. I felt rushed by the salesman as I was choosing the color, options I was looking for as we walked through the inventory. The closing salesman came out of the gate with outrageous quotes so almost walked away. Came back and negotiated an ok deal after 2 hours or more of back and forth. definitely have buyers remorse after getting to look at the final numbers. Finance guy told us he would get back in a day or two at latest to discuss lower finance terms outside Toyota. Never heard back from him and it’s been over one week since the car purchase. Found much cheaper interest rates on my own and secured the loan. Very disappointing. More
