They told me online I had the car I picked out and everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me the card they said I couldn't have the car because my credit or whatever but they ran the credit online before I even went down there so how can you tell me I'm going to have it when you promise me and I ubered my way there and I had to Uber back cuz I was stuck out there they're very mean and very rude because they shouldn't tell people that they have a car if they don't I already did the application everything online so I should have been approved right there all I needed was the paperwork to sign More

I purchased a used car. Went in on a Friday and test drove a car. Went back on Saturday and re-test drove then decided to buy. They didn't like that I didn't want to pay for all the add-ons they put on the car and then the car was sold while I was negotiating somehow after a couple of hours. I hate that I didn't walk away. Was talked into a different car that was not nearly as good. Very bait and switch feeling. More

Very deceptive was lied to about a second key that came with the car I purchased. after months of waiting and given the run around I was told there is no key. Best experience I’ve had with any dealership I’ve ever been to by far! Dung Le went above and beyond to help me find a car that would meet all my needs. He’s the only car salesman that has ever followed u been to by far! Dung Le went above and beyond to help me find a car that would meet all my needs. He’s the only car salesman that has ever followed up when he said he would, provided other car options when I wasn’t finding what I was looking for, and treated me like a human. I’ve had experiences in the past with salesman who just wanted to make a sale but Dung is there to serve. He actually cares to provide a great experience and to treat others with respect. If you’re reading this Dung, thank you!! Big thanks to Gerry Fuller as well! He too went above and beyond to make our experience great. I appreciate all the time and effort he put into making sure we got what we needed. Dung and Gerry made us feel valued and heard. I will definitely refer friends and family to see them. Also, thanks for all the laughs! Both men are hilarious! More
