My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I am new to the BMW family. I decided to purchase a certified pre-owned 328xi a little over a year ago. I have gone to service a few times since I have owned the vehicle.

Jeremy has been very helpful and understanding. He has really shown great customer service and helped address any concerns I have shared with him. On separate occasions for my service needs, I worked with Jeff, Larry and more recently, Rich. Even when I had frustrations, they each helped explain the situations better for me to understand and they did their very best to assist me.

I truly appreciate the service as it definitely impacts my first time experience with BMW and all that the Park Ave Dealership has to offer. I have already sent friends and family to the dealership and I recommend the services to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I have known Gregg Berkowitz for many years through his wife and felt more than comfortable going to him when my husband & I decided to buy a car. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience but not when dealing with Gregg and Tom Twomey. They were amazing to work with before, during, & after the transaction. Roger also was great, taking care of the documents without any problems - thank you. On the car: within hours/days I found the car's fuel tank gauge was not showing a full tank of gas when filling it up and I also felt there was a slight vibration when AC was on while in idle position which bothered me. Gregg & Tom took care of getting me an appointment and a loaner car in less than 24 hrs - can't think of better customer service. Rich Anzalone, a great advisor I dealth with at the South Hackensack NJ service department kept in touch with me along with Gregg & Tom updating me constantly on what they were doing with the car. The fuel tank issue was fixed. The slight vibration issue was another matter altogether as the vibration was very minor, still they did not make me feel like it was in my head instead they put a team together to get to the root of the problem borrowing on everyone's past expriences in such matters - they came up with a solution rather than ignoring my complaint and took care of it! They all exceeded my expectations - great customer service! I should mention that my plates were already on the car when I picked it up so that was a nice surprise. Gregg and Tom also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a great exprience!

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Being a customer of Park Ave BMW since 2006, I've always had great service at their Service Center. Yesterday just proved to me once again why I love this place!
After my coolant light came on, I brought my X5 in for service and found out that my Coolant Expansion Tank was cracked and that I also needed a new Thermostat. However, my Extended Warranty had just expired the day before. I had expected that this was going to be a costly repair but Rich Anzalone really went the extra mile for me. Rich spoke with the Service Director (Dave Bergamotto) and they agreed to cover the replacement of both the Tank and the Thermostat, even though my warranty had just expired! Rich Anzalone literally saved me hundreds of dollars!
It is this kind of treatment that really makes me feel like being part of a family at Park Ave BMW Service Center. I will never go anywhere else!

Rich had led a tough situation on a warranty repair the way I would have handled it if I were in his shoes. I could not ask for more. I have always enjoyed, yes enjoyed, my visits to their still sparkling service center off Rt. 80, and this last visit just solidified the good feelings I have towards BMW and particularly Park Avenue BMW.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
My bmw x5 had very complicated issues in the engine, and my warranty just expired. I went to couple of private mechanic shop and spent stupid money to fix this problem but the problem was not solved at all. Mr, Rich Anzalone, sevice consultant, gave me best deal for this issue and the problem finally solved. I would recommend this dealership to everybody and I will go back to dealership,if I have any problem.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I am writing this review to share the great service experience that I had with Rich Anzalone at Park Avenue BMW in the Service Dept. Rich was very pleasant as always; however, I feel that he went over and above the call of duty to make certain that I was pleased as a customer. I had an issue with the tires on my 2011 550i. The issue was actually caused by poor customer service from another dealer. Rich took the matter into his own hands and resolved my issues. He could have easily sent me back to the previous dealer. However, he realized and valued that I have been a loyal customer with Park Avenue BMW for years and that was more important to him. I truly rate this guy 5 STARS plus. It is obvious to me that Rich truly understands and values providing good customer service. I made a mistake once and visited another dealer; but that will not happen again. I continue to get the best service from Park Avenue BMW. Again, I truly appreciate employees like Rich Anzalone.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I want to take the time to convey my sincerest thanks for the time and patience Mr. Rich Anzalone of Park Avenue BMW's Service Department provided. Truly speaking, I am not very big on giving compliments to an auto service department, Nonetheless to BMW who one would think would not need a service department. That said I have a 2000 BMW 528i I truly love. Unfortunately, I had the engine light and the ABS (brake light) lamps lit on the dashboard go on and off for well over a year having numerous mechanics and other BMW shops in the area try to fix this problem. Rich and his crew were extremely diligent and knowledgeable at disecting the problem.
Along the road to the repair, the communication, and the effort that was put in, enabled me to stay abreast of what the cost was and allowed me the opportunity to make a decision to continue making the investment to keep the vehicle. We all know how painful repairs can be when working for this older model BMW's. However, due to the relationship and continued dialogue that was maintained throughout the project get my expectations in line and getting my vehicle back to where I wanted and road wothy to pass inspection.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:

I want to tell you how pleased I was with the courtesy, honesty and decency given to me by rep Richard Anzalone on my recent service with your dealership. In dealing with my flat tire, Richard took all of the necessary and detailed steps in order to diagnose the problem. But what most impressed me was the human touch Richard exhibited when communicating to me what my options were in resolving the issue with my tire.

After driving my vehicle out of your dealership (after the tire issue was resolved), I got a warning signal that something was wrong with my all wheel drive system. I brought my vehicle back for service and was hoping for the best. Richard called me the next day and told me that there was a problem with transfer case actuator. Richard also told me that he was able to get the repair fixed as a courtesy to me even though my warranty had just elapsed. Richard said "it was a no brainer" in describing why he felt he wanted to help me out.

Richard's effort in helping me out with this repair will probably be the best Christmas gift I get this year. Based on this heart warming experience, I will not only be a customer of your dealership but recommend it to other people as well. I will tell them of the excellent service I was given and human decency I was shown.

Richard is not only a credit to your dealership but also to BMW North America too.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I love this place. As much as it pains me to have to visit the service center, these guys make you feel like #1....true VIP experience. Courteous, prompt, efficient service always. And most of all HONEST. They walk the talk and deliver exactly as expected.

After your first visit they treat you like family. I come in, everyone knows me by name...they even know what makes me tick! (getting the bill) Whenever I call, the receptionsist are always friendly, polite and helpful. You are in and out, no long waiting, but you never feel rushed either!

They take all your concerns seriously. Their job isn't only to fix your car, their job is to make you HAPPY! The service manager Dave ROCKS! As busy as he is, he is always willing to listen and offer suggestions.

The facility is clean and up to date. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. The sales dept is just as great...my sales guy Andre sold me my car and then I brought my mom back for her car.

These guys have to be special to deal with me and I'm hard to please. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who not only wants a car, but wants to be treated with respect no matter your budget.

Keep up the good work.....you have a customer for life!
