He took the time to find what I was looking for. I bought my second-new car from Rod Franzi who was extremely helpful and knowledgable making the arrangements for my wife's new 2011 Explorer. Both men had all the answers I was looking for in purchasing a new vehicle. I'm always greated by friendly personnel wanting to help me. Kenny and John in the Service Department go out of their way to get what's needed with my vehicles. They are always curtious and frieldly making the arrangements including last minute vehicle repairs or recommending affordable solutions. More
