Andy Gallagher is not only a terrific salesperson but a great person too. He was patient, personable, and professional. This was by far, one my most enjoyable car buying experiences. Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has not been a pleasant one. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was not clean at all when it was time to drive it home. When we notif been a pleasant one. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was not clean at all when it was time to drive it home. When we notified the dealership, Rori Brown promised that we would be reimbursed if we paid to have the vehicle cleaned. More than a month later, Rori cannot provide an answer when the reimbursement will be received. This is after several previous discussions with Rori where he promised a quick resolution -- however, it was clear that he had just blown us off as he asked for us to provide the receipt "again" nearly a month after providing it to him. We also had an issue where the vehicle indicated that the service due at 20,000 miles was overdue. When I reached out to Rori to see if that service was completed at the dealership, his response was that Mercedes didn't have a service due at 20,000 miles, which is clearly false. We would not recommend working with Rori or purchasing a vehicle at this dealership if you are interested in receiving any semblance of customer service. Having a quality car is important, but it's also important that a dealer provide customer service after the sale has been made. Our experience is that you will not receive this from the Annapolis dealership. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership, everyone was professional, HONEST, and welcoming. We really weren't sure what we were looking for but Casey was able to ask the perfect questions to figure o was professional, HONEST, and welcoming. We really weren't sure what we were looking for but Casey was able to ask the perfect questions to figure out what best fit our wants and needs and was pointing us in the right direction in no time. We met Dean and Rori when we initially visited and they were both very professional and never once tired to "fast-talk" us like many dealerships will do. They gave us the bottom line up front and stood by every word from beginning to end. Finally, we worked with Allen in financing. This was by far the smoothest and quickest purchase we have ever made. We were in and out of his office within 30-45 minutes. These guys answered every question we had with no hesitation. They listened to our concerns and even our experiences from previous dealerships. There were no hiccups, everything went smoothly and quickly and we walked away extremely happy with our purchase. We will definitely be repeat customers! More

I am very disappointed in Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. The salesmen Darnell day of the sales was fine, lacked any real knowledge, but what should I expect. The brakes were bad. This is supposed to be a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz. It is clearly not, it was not even inspected the manager told me “just drive it”. Dings and paint chips, which later will be major blemishes. Contacted my salesman, of course no response whatsoever, not a return call, not a return text message. This salesman has zero knowledge and zero follow up. Never again will I trust Mercedes-Benz. I feel ripped off as a consumer. I wish I can give this salesman negative stars. Horrible disappointing experience. More
