I would like to start off by saying I LOVE HALL HONDA! I purchased my very first car from Hall Honda in 2017 (Honda Accord 2017). During that time, I had an amazing team take care of me! I recently came i I purchased my very first car from Hall Honda in 2017 (Honda Accord 2017). During that time, I had an amazing team take care of me! I recently came in on 10/10/2022 to get an oil change and ended up running into Mr. Byron Gray who then asked me how things were going. He asked me if I had upgraded from my 2017. I then told him no and that I doubt I would get approved for another vehicle at this time. Mr. Byron paired me with Jay Edgehill, and I was totally shocked with the outcome. During the process I became a bit nervous and began to think I wouldn't get the car. Jay presented good energy and vibes throughout the entire process. He was very chill, laid back, down to earth and real. I also have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mr. Byron in finance, if it was not for him, I would not be riding around in my new 2020 Honda Civic! Another HUGE SHOUT OUT Mr. Ron and Mr. Richard B in sales as well for being an assistance to Jay in the process. I also would love to SHOUT OUT Ms. Rowenna Reyes in the service dept. I ONLY worked with her in the past whenever I came in to get my 2017 serviced. She was ALWAYS very sweet, kind and gave off a motherly feeling. I think it's safe to say I'm Honda Girl :) More

The service advisor was great, but shuttle driver was rude. When I told him where I lived he told me he didn’t know who told me to get in the shuttle but he didn’t go more than 5 miles. I live 6.1 miles rude. When I told him where I lived he told me he didn’t know who told me to get in the shuttle but he didn’t go more than 5 miles. I live 6.1 miles and wasn’t aware of the 5 mile rule and that 1.3 miles would cause him so much consternation, however once I got out of the van and spoke to my svc advisor, he said he would take me, at that point I was uncomfortable with his attitude and just decided to wait for the completion of my car svc. We got what we wanted and Harland and the sales manager ensured this to the upmost details. Harland was friendly, easy going, patient, and not pushy! It was about us and not the sale! Harland made sure we had all details we needed to be comfortable with our purchase! Even when we debated over our final choice, which took some time, we could tell Harland just wanted us to be happy when we walked away, car or not! Harland was organized and methodical. He took his time making sure we got the right answers the first time. He definitely did not make us feel like he was a typical car salesman, through his demeanor and approach, which is a breath of fresh air. Rowena in service was on her game! Squeezed us in - professional and great customer care! Quick!!! Craig was very informative and helpful. Explained and showed us things we were not aware we rated to have. Thank you Craig - love that rewards program! Lawrence in finance I cannot say enough! What a meaning to the right guy for the right job! He was present, patient, knows his stuff top to bottom.! Thank you Lawrence! Richard in management is THE MAN!!! Helped us get a color of the Honda we wanted which wasn’t on the lot to seal the deal! He proved himself in provided upfront quick answers and honestly. Hall Honda deserves an award!!! The place was superbly clean. Quiet. Well put together salesmanship and teams! We came in the next day to get some accessories added which I will say should be explained to purchasers so that they can have it on the car when picking up and added to financing rollup - we weren’t explained that part and probably would’ve gotten more than what we did had we known. BUT!!! Carl from sales helped us out by going above and beyond taking Us to service and parts and making sure we got squeezed in for the hookup to make it right as we were not scheduled for an appointment. He helped get us in to get the accessories put on and ensured we were taken care of. Overall Honda Hall is a straight 10/10!!!!! Great work Honda Hall. Could not recommend you all more to anyone looking for their next ride! In fact when it comes to a trade in later won’t think twice about going anywhere else- if we are willing to give up our perfect car! Standing applause Honda Hall!!! More
