Mike in parts was the most attentive as to the needed parts. A wealth of knowledge. Spoke on several occasions to assure me things were to be handled. Bill Carr, Service Advisor was spot on with his communication by text and phone a number of times! Who does that? He did. Service completed in 1 day along with software updates. Made me feel like we were their no. 1 customer. Bought 2 vehicles there and would not go anywhere else. And finally a big shout out to GM Rusty who was very reassuring that they would get it right!
