Went with my wife to look at options on trading in her 2011 Scion tc. Tommy Lee was great and took time to explain every question and concern. The team worked quickly and came back with A++ offers for the 2017 RAV4 XLE we wanted. We were out ASAP and got the best deal. Tommy took ample time to explain all new features and showed us how to use them. He even checked on us after the sale! Highly recommend them More

Poor Service and Service Manager I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my gl I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my glove box was open and was also broken. All the contents in the glove box was in the floor of the truck. There was grease on the driver side door panel of the truck and on the outside of the door. Spoke to the service manager about it and he was very rude and offered no help in the matter. I then spoke to the general manager and was offered a refund on the oil change. This is very poor service on the person that performed the work and on the service manager for not taking care of the customer. More
