We started our search on Friday afternoon at Shakers(close to home) and never went anywhere else. We settled on a Ford Edge Limited and were professionally taken care of by Sales person Bill Reed. On Saturday we went back for a second test drive and the showroom was bustling with happy customers. Bill Reed gave us such attention as if we were the only customers in the facility.His product knowledge and level of customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend both Bill and Shakers for your next vehicle purchase. Cindy, one of the business managers handled the registration and insurance. She was very efficient, friendly and professional. Sal, started us off on Friday before Bill. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient as well. Thank-you all for a wonderful shopping experience. The old "car salesman" reputation certainly does not exist with the staff at Shakers More

Sal and Cindy were AMAZING! I saw a black 2010 Dodge Challenger RT online for sale at Shaker- this was one of the cars that I always dreamed about getting but never thought it wo I saw a black 2010 Dodge Challenger RT online for sale at Shaker- this was one of the cars that I always dreamed about getting but never thought it would become a reality. I drove about an hour to the dealership and everyone there made me feel right at home. I was assigned to Sal Catalano who made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. He went through everything in complete detail and stuck with me the entire time to make sure he could do anything possible to help me. I ended up taking a test drive in the black dodge challenger that I was looking at ...wow it was amazing! Cindy Bugbee was next in line to make sure my dream of owning this awesome car would become a reality- she was also extremely nice and helpful! That day I ended up trading in my 2005 Dodge Rumblebee and drove off the lot in a 2010 Challenger! And I couldn't be happier!
