The service I received was spectacular and in not kidding! Sam my service advisor was and is the reason I drive from Hope Mills to Wilmington to get my car serviced the employees and atmosphere at th kidding! Sam my service advisor was and is the reason I drive from Hope Mills to Wilmington to get my car serviced the employees and atmosphere at this dealership is superb! Sam was on top of everything a customer would like and expect from start to finish he kept me informed and updated on the status and progress as I had a service,inspection and a warranty part being completed and it was done efficiently the whole experience was great! Sam Weisman has been my "go to guy" for the last 4 years, and is amazing. He listens to my concerns, and always follows up with me to. On another note...the chairs in your waiting area are EXTREMELY uncom and is amazing. He listens to my concerns, and always follows up with me to. On another note...the chairs in your waiting area are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, especially after waiting 2 - 3 hours. There's absolutely NO lumbar support in them, after a 2-3 hour wait, my back was killing me!!! More
