Came in to look at a car, sales person admitted the car key was missing a few times, never explained or review the vehicle with me. Never offered me to drive the vehicle, Never showed me the vehicle or even mentioned any feature the car has... His words were before asking for my social number. The car runs good..... and started with.. what's your social.... and collected all my personal info... never mentioned he was filling out a credit application.. after all my personal info was filled out. He printed out and asked me to sign.. no explanation whatsoever of what I was signing. Took it to a 3rd person who doubted about the information I had given about the remainder payments of my current chevy vehicle. Called the store several times during 3 days begging for and answer to my situation. Felt ignored, humiliated and harrased by their personnel. Been driving Chevy Volts since 2013 and never felt so miserable with the process of acquiring a new vehicle. Dealer never offered me a copy of my credit report as my right. Sales personnel calls you "man" when dealing with you over the phone. Very unprofessional and lack of training was demostrated since walking into the place. I felt my rights were assauted and was treated like I was trying to rob the place. On 3rd day of begging for an update and after dozens of phone calls.. sales person calls me back and starts the converstation with "man, we can't do anything for you... you would have to give us 7k to 8K to get approved and to consider working with you... felt threatened by this person over the phone... all this after collecting all my personal information.. once in store and second time over the phone while I was at work. My car needed inspection and they would not even inspect my vehicle. I love the Chevy Volt but was very disappointed with Courtesy this time... taking into consideration my second Chevy Volt was purslchased at Courtesy. I imagined I could have trusted them with my personal information... but instead.. not even a copy of my application or credit report was offered by their personnel. I can't belive a place starts asking for 7K even before the car is shown to you... and lied that the car key cannot be found and the car I was interested showed sold on the system.. If the vehicle was in fact sold and keys could not be found... why in the World would they collect my personal information with social security, income.. etc? I'm very disappointed with Courtesy Chevy. More

salesman harassment after loss of sale Found a 2017 Tahoe online for 52k. Came in and met with Quincy Gore. Our 52k vehicle was now 62. We had a range rover to trade but was still out of Found a 2017 Tahoe online for 52k. Came in and met with Quincy Gore. Our 52k vehicle was now 62. We had a range rover to trade but was still out of pocket 30k for the new car. Quincy was able to get the car to the price that we had agreed on but then ultimately, we chose to sleep on it. Shortly after leaving we communicated to Quincy that we would be by in the morning, we had decided to get the car. Later that evening we went on Carvana where we were able to sell our vehicle and get into the same Tahoe. It was a year old and with 30k miles. It made more sense financially. Next morning, as a courtesy, I sent a message to Quincy informing him of our purchase and thanking him for his time and help. This is what I received shortly after; Message 1 "I literally washed the truck, got everything ready. Told my managers that both of you would be back." Message 2: "Purchased a used car from carvana, no warranty, the worse experience customers have had is with that company." Message 3 Next time you go to a dealership don't wast any salesmen time like that. I stayed till after 4 ocklock working with you and your wife and I was off at 4pm, i woke up and made sure I was here at the dealership today and today is my day off." Message 4 It's customers like you that waste people's time and effort. I took that personal. You texted me yesterday telling me you would be here at 10:30 and that you would have a check. Your "word" doesn't mean anything. Don't EVER do that to another salesmen. I was patient with both of you and worked hard. It's sad that I actually expected you to follow through. I'm disappointing in my myself because the work did for you both. THe amount of kickback I got from my director because I told him that you will be back" Message 5 You wasted my time... Litterally. How would you like it if I did that to you and your wife with your "self Owned business" You're very disappointing end of story." Summary---- It seems that because Quincy feels that because of the 45 minutes he spent with us, we were wrong to change our mind and notify him before our next appointment and that we should have written a check for 65k. I have called Finance, Service, and sales with no returned call. They now pick up the phone and hang up. I have sent David Gonzalez and O'Jay Vengas emails and message requesting a call back. No response. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! BAD SERVICE IF THEY ARE NOT MAKING A SALE....ONCE THE SALE IS DONE THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!!! They don't care about fami STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! BAD SERVICE IF THEY ARE NOT MAKING A SALE....ONCE THE SALE IS DONE THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!!! They don't care about family or the customer only the sale they can make. If they can't get you financed with one leder they run your credit until they find one. I've called and emailed trying to get it resolved but they don't care. They can remove all the credit inquiries that were done fraudulently, yes fraudulently. I thought they were going run my credit once not 12-15 times. Seriously greedy dealership. Owner/GM never answers. I've never experienced this type of service or disregard for human compassion. Misty really lacks compassion and doesn't care at all....instead of trying to resolve, all she said was ok.....Really?? And she still works there as a manager? does not answer her phone. Husband went in person she was there. Deb at least did follow up calls and emails, so plus for her. Too bad she was not in the correct department that could help. I did finance a car with some family help and I still get treated this way. I should have just gone somewhere else that treats people like people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More

World class new car buying experience. I would like to thank GM Scott Gruwell, Director Steve Rimer and Salesmen Alex Padron for the VERY BEST new car buying experience. The folks at Courte I would like to thank GM Scott Gruwell, Director Steve Rimer and Salesmen Alex Padron for the VERY BEST new car buying experience. The folks at Courtesy Chevrolet are in their own league compared to all of the auto dealerships that I've worked with. Why? Because of their passionate commitment to ensuring that all of their customers are taken care of. Bottom line: Courtesy Chevrolet does right by the customer. There is a reason why it is the #1 Chevy dealership in the entire Southwest. Go see Salemen Alex Padron. Alex cared about one thing and that is me--the customer. He did most of the listening and let me do most of the talking. That is what a customer wants. More
