Great experience with Leasing at Hassett Ford I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim Coppolla, who I have probably leased 4 cars with over the years. Tim, is the consummate salesman. He knows his cars and the finances and most importantly -LISTENS- to what I want and how much I want to spend. He makes it so easy and like I said, this is probably car # 4 or 5 with him. The dealership runs very well. I have never had an issue with the Service Dept and they are easy to deal with and also very professional. I must say that by leasing a new car every 3 years, I have not had a major problem, so that does make it even more enjoyable to deal with them. Tim advised that they have this great new program if you are BJs member (or you can join) to get really nice incentives and better pricing and almost no negotiation over pricing. I must say, I have had some really poor experiences over the years looking for cars, but going to Tim at Hassett, eliminates the pain and makes it easy. Also a note, dealing with the Finance manager, Scott, was also smooth and totally not high pressure to buy extra services. I highly recommend this dealer and salesteam. Mark Hecht More

I see now why they told us to speak with John because he made the whole experience extremely pleasant. My work schedule can be unforgiving and John kept in constant contact and even came in on his day off to work around my schedule. We told him what we were looking for and matched us with vehicles that fit us perfectly. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks John! Once we had decided on our vehicles we met with the Finance Manager Scott Rosenfeld who was also a pleasure to deal with. Scott explained all of our options so well that I didn't even have any questions to ask him. People I have dealt with at other dealerships are quick to try and sell you the most expensive warranty package. The Atypical Car Saleman It's not often that I would take the time to write a review about someone but Scott Rosenfeld really was an exception person to deal with. I think everyone has the same perception of a 'car salesman' and it's not one that is all that appealing (sorry, car salespeople, but there is truth to that) .. however, Scott is the complete opposite of that perception. If you really want a salesperson that is courteous, knowledgeable, and really compassionate, then you have to go to Hassett of Wantagh and you have to get Scott Rosenfeld to help you. I have leased two vehicles from Scott and I never felt that he was pressuring me into anything ... in fact, I have to say that we had actually agreed on one payment and when he came back to write it up, he lowered it a little ... (I hope he doesn't get into trouble for that!). Thank you so much Scott for being the person you are. Such a pleasure working with you and I look forward to my next lease through you. ....Steph More

I worked with Thomas Cinelli via email and he was able to give me up front pricing and answered my questions fairly quickly. When I went to the dealership, Scott was able to go from where Thomas and I left o give me up front pricing and answered my questions fairly quickly. He was able to get the exact car I wanted and bring it to the dealership in a few hours notice. Delivery was extremely quick and Scott took the time to show me all of the details of the car.
