I joined the Acton Toyota family in January 2009. My Toyota career began in January of 2007 at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham where I was a sales manager. I strive to bring the best experience one can have while making the important decision of purchasing a vehicle, whether this is your first car or your 100th corporate lease.

Since joining Toyota I have driven myself to gain the most knowledge about the vehicles that I can. I am a Certified Expert in new and used vehicles. In 2007, I was named one of the Toyota's walk around champions for the newly redesigned Tundra. In 2009 upon the release of the 3rd Generation 2010 Prius, I became the 2010 Prius walk around champion amongst all Massachusetts area dealers. I also recently earned the coveted "Hezzy Award" given by our owner Bob Moran for having the highest customer service rating among our sales staff.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

This is my second purchase from neil at acton annex.He walked me thru this purchase as honestly and comfortably as the first purchase. What a great experince not to be pressured or be coaxed to buy something I didn't want. Neil was thourough and polite,couldn't ask for anyone better!
I recommend the team at acton toyota annex to be visited first and last for their next purchase of any vehicle.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

Vann White went above and beyond with the service he gave in the purchase of this new car for my college age daughter. Very friendly and answered every question asked about the vehicle and even did research for us on the computer to pass on to my Consumer Report toting mother !! He was always smiling and in a great mood even though he was always running for something.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

From the minute I contacted the dealership via e-mail my experience was polite and speedy. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years and was leery about making this purchase but Vann White was so easy to talk to and extremely willing to allow me to make my purchasing decision with out any hard sales pressure. I have every intention of bringing my car to dealership for service and all my maintenance needs. I feel confidence and comfortable that they have the care of my car and my best interests as their driving force. I would recommend anyone to get a car from Acton Toyota of Littleton and when my three kids are ready to shop for cars I will be taking them there as well. I have already highly recommended them to several people at work as well.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

The whole experience with Acton Toyota was great. I was treated with respect by everyone. I had done a lot of research and new the price I was willing to pay, and the negotiations were quick. That alone would have made it a positive experience, but what took place after the delivery is where Acton Toyota truly stood out and made my family a customer for life. It was a cold day and my wife and I had our newborn with us to pick up the car (she was going to drive the new prius home as I had to take our old car and make another appointment shortly afterwards). I did a walk around of the car and we found a little chip. (and Ken quickly offered up a vial of touch up paint, which I was great).
When I got home after the appointment, I walked by our new car and saw a crack in the front bumper. I missed it in the walk around since it was hard to see from most angles (and I was trying to be quick to get the family back home). I called Ken and he had me bring the car back as soon as I could. I brought it in that day, and he and the sales manager Scott greeted me and had a look. They concluded that it must have happened while someone was moving the car or during a previous test drive. They took ownership of the issue and had it quickly resolved. They could have said it wasn't their problem since we had taken the car off the lot. We have our car back and like the work that was done. Couldn't have been happier with every stage of the process.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

After multiple positive communications with Alex and his manager Scott vi email and phone over the last several months, we finally made the trip from New Hampshire to Littleton to lease a Venza. Everything Alex and Scott told us turned out to be exactly how the deal would go. Believe me, I asked a lot of questions and the answers were always the same. They truely offer a 0 down lease. We are driving the new vehicle (which they delivered to us @ no extra charge) and we still have not written a check to Acton Toyota or Toyota.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

It was a pleasure working with Scott Vachon and Stephen Poulin. I selected the car I wanted online and communicated initially via email with Stephen. Then I spoke to Scott and we agreed upon a price. I went to the dealership the next day, drove the car, and completed the purchase cylce within 2 hours. The process was smooth and Stephen and Scott were professional. Even after I purchased the car, Stephen was accomodating with scheduling the pickup...he even offered to come in on his day off. I appreciated the commitment to customer service.

My Review Of Acton Toyota of Littleton:

A friend recommended this dealership because she bought her Toyota there 10 years ago. It wasn't one of the 5 dealerships that Edmunds offered me for a so-called online quote, but I figured I'd try it. The pricing for both my new car and my trade-in were very good. They offered a range of add-ons w/o pressure. The facility is spotless and airy and they had a good selection of suitable models on the lot. I had to wait to see my sales guy since he was so busy closing deals on the last day of the year, but it was worth the wait.
