Kimberly and Anita were great to work with and we have been very happy with our purchase. When it was time to replace another vehicle we didn't hesitate to go back to Subaru of Jacksonville. We worked with Kimberly and Anita again and they were able to locate exactly the vehicle we wanted (2015 WRX Limited CVT). Our dealings with everyone at the dealership from sales, financing, parts and service have been positive and we recommend them to our friends and family. More

Great Customer Service and Military Appreciation My husband and I just purchased a new Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and we were very grateful to have such a hard-working and accommodating custo My husband and I just purchased a new Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and we were very grateful to have such a hard-working and accommodating customer service, sales and finance team. My husband, who is in the Navy, was home for less than 3 weeks before deploying again, and he had a very tight schedule on the week days and weekends due to his responsibilities preparing for his upcoming deployment. On several occasions staff at Subaru of Jacksonville stayed late for us and went the extra mile in helping us choose, order and receive our new car, with a great military appreciation deal, in time for the whole transaction to be complete before my husband was back underway. I would recommend this dealership to any Subaru-lovers, especially if you happen to be affiliated with the military. More
