Service plays a vital role in my selection for vehicles and Robert Desjadon provided me with detail information about how the vehicle was doing maintenance wise with previous owners. All in all I had an ALL STAR team working to get me into this vehicle. More

Besides the known facts that give Subaru cars their great reputation, you will also have a great buying experience. You will not fill any kind of pressure or discomfort in the process, they are very friendly and "patient" with you :), and even if you come all surrounded with an armor ready for a buying battle after a few minutes into it you will realize you don't need it, and that you can relax. I am not going to write too much cause you probably will check more reviews from other customers and come with your own opinion, i will just say that you won't be disappointing when you leave the dealer and most likely be happy with your purchase. I have done my research before and after and I know I got a pretty good deal. PS: They also have a great service department, very polite and knowledgeable, that will keep your car in good shape for as long as you have it (I know people that have been going there for many years and their cars have more than 300 K miles and still run great). More

In the years since I purchased my first Forester at this dealersh This past weekend I picked up my second Subaru Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville. In the years since I purchased my first Forester at this dealership I have learned a great truth--when you purchase a car from them, you become part of the family! My first purchase experience with salesman Bruce Holmes was pleasant and fun. His knowledge of the cars made my selection easy. After purchase, service appointments were quick and convenient. The service department stands behind a priority policy of keeping cars safe, and really listens! When I needed to replace my first Forester, getting another one was an easy decision! As owner Phil Porter says in his TV ads, "Drive a Subaru, you will buy a Subaru." I could add that once you buy a car here, you will be a Subaru of Jacksonville customer for life! More

We were able to complete the transaction and send me on my way in my new car within 3 hours! He introduced me to Robert in the service dept who was also very nice. When they say welcome to the family, I truly felt at home. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. What a great team to see in action! I wish all my purchasing experiences were this good! Anita went over the paperwork with us and was very pleasant. Frank was very patient as well. He listened to what we needed and did not pressure us. They have provided me with excellent care of our Subie as well as quality customer service to our daughter & her family for their 2005 Forester. On New Years Eve we took delivery of our 2014 Outback 2.5i Limited thanks to the superb friendly help & assistance from our Sales Consultant David Dombrowski who found the Outback we wanted equipped the way we wanted it with our color choice, etc. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience with David from the beginning of the process to the delivery of our new Subaru. We now look forward to many more years of excellent customer service from the team in the Subaru of Jacksonville Service Department! We highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville! More
