My first impression walking into the service area was that I had never seen a service department so clean. They told me my car should not take longer than an hour or hour and a half. Shawn Hall contacted us via e-mail and phone the next day. We were welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. Shawn made every effort to get us the car we wanted as the car we wanted was not on the lot. The car was located and delivered to Machens but...it was hit by a delivery truck and the search for "our" car was on again. In a short time, "our" car was found once again, and we picked it up as soon as our schedule permitted. The closing experience with Jeff Simmons was very pleasant. We have met with other salesmen/managers in other dealerships, and felt not at all comfortable with the managers/financial people. Our salesman and financial representative were topnotch. Mr. Simmons was not arrogant as we have noted at other dealerships. More
