Fun and easy! When I decided it was time to get a new car I knew it would be with Machens Toyota. I had gotten my last two cars from them and knew I would be taken care of. Shawn Hall was a great sales person. I gave him my list of musts and wants and was eager to find just the right car for me. I received a call from him on a Thursday, viewed it on Friday and picked it up on Monday! I was in and out in less than two hours. Financing gentlemen (sorry, can’t recall his name at the moment but he’s new from Boston) was very detailed and an absolute pleasure to deal with. More

100,000 mile check-up and inspection It took 2 1/2 hours, which seemed rather excessive but at least the waiting area is very nice. I wasn't too happy that after being there for two hours It took 2 1/2 hours, which seemed rather excessive but at least the waiting area is very nice. I wasn't too happy that after being there for two hours I was asked if the car needed to be inspected - which I had already said I wanted done when I checked in. Then I had to wait another half-hour for that to be done. More
