If you like being scammed or being taken of advantage, Toyota of Boardman is for you. Not only, like everyone else, do they not have any new cars in the lot, but also, in order to buy one, they are asking Toyota of Boardman is for you. Not only, like everyone else, do they not have any new cars in the lot, but also, in order to buy one, they are asking for over $7000 above retail. They said it's supply and demand. Since people need cars, they feel obligated to drag them over the coals. It's just business, they say. On top of that, if you have a trade in, they give you $800 for a $15,000 car in mint condition. They have no interest in selling you a car. Save time and don't deal with them. The salesmen and manager are as sleazy as you can imagine. More

Very easy/transparent CPO purchase process I had been looking at used Toyota Certified Venza's when one came up for sale at Toyota of Boardman. They are about an hour drive for me so it wasn't easy to just stop in. I spoke to Stephanie via email/text then drove out and met with Kevin. The car was in better than described shape. I thought I'd have to go back to pick up the car later, but they were able to complete the entire process (car sale, trade in, and financing) in two hours. Finance team also did a great job getting me a very competitive rate. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with this team again. More
