Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and was provided false and incorrect information by the sales person. Dealership did not make any attempt to resolve my issue. I actually had to go to another competing dealer to resolve my issue. Based on my experience I find this dealership utilizes unethical practices to sell vehicles and I not only do not recommend this dealership but would strongly encourage anyone to drive a bit further to find a reputable and honest dealership to purchase from. Being a single Mom with 3 daughters; 1 married, 1 in college, and 1 a competition dancer, I didn't have alot of time or money to put into finding a new vehicle. After alot of researching we went into The Lake Norman Dodge and Jeep Dealership and was greeted by Stephanie who introduced us to Brian. He was very friendly, sympathetic, and easy to talk to. He listened to all of the specifications I gave him(even my silly need of "GOOD" cup holders) and then showed me a few vehicles ...recommending a Dodge Grand Caravan...the Stow and Go! This van was very nice and seemed to fit all of our needs; my dancer has very long legs and needs alot of room, my college daughter hopes to be getting in the dorm next year and I will be needing to "Stow and Go" the seats to make room so that I can move her in, and my married daughter constantly drinks water in bottles or gigantic cups(we even brought one of her cups to make sure it would fit in the cup holders!). Seeing the price of the van I needed time to think about it so we left that day without purchasing the van. When we returned to look at it again, Brian was off and Stephanie introduced us to Maggie. She was just as great as Brian had been and was very understanding. Brian had suggested that we use the van for a night so I asked Maggie if this were possible and she proceded to work with Olbey to set us up. It was a wonderful adventure as I could get all 3 of my daughters together to check out the van, riding around, testing the cup holders, stowing the seats, etc. The next day when I returned the van, I was ready to purchase and Brian, Maggie, and Craig helped me; working together to get me the best deal ever, trading in my old van for the new one, financing, and even adding on running boards so that my Mother(79 years old) will not have a problem getting in or out of my new van! It has been several weeks now and my whole family is extremely happy with our NEW Dodge Grand Caravan(named Rupert)! I enjoyed my whole experience working with the friendly and courteous staff at Lake Norman Dodge and Jeep Dealership! More

I bought a car here right after Jack took over the dealership, when they had this big sale going on and offered all kinds of incentives to buy new. My wife gets a new car every 2 to 3 years, and was dealership, when they had this big sale going on and offered all kinds of incentives to buy new. My wife gets a new car every 2 to 3 years, and was due a new vehicle. After purchasing, and a couple of service visits, I mentioned to the service adviser that I wanted to meet the GM and thank him for such a great vehicle and wonderful service. This was maybe 6 month's after Jack and Robin purchased the dealership. So I met Jack and recognized right away a kindred spirit. Jack not only made sure that every time I brought in my car we were treated as royalty, but he took me around and introduced me to all his "key players" to make sure I knew them personally so that if I had any issues, I'd know who to come to for resolution. Since then, I've purchased 4 other vehicles from Jack. Well, a couple of years ago it came time for me to buy myself a car (all others were for the wife). I'd had a company car for 24+ years and was moving to a new level of management that didn't allow for a company vehicle, so needed one for myself. This vehicle I wanted to be a convertible first, but then it had to have room, be comfortable on the road as I drive everywhere, economical yet fun, and able to last. I called Jack from Chicago where I was looking at purchasing a used BMW Convertible while on a business trip, and asked if he had anything on the lot in convertible that I could look at. He said, "of course I do, come on down, I'll beat the price on that BMW and you'll be glad I did". Well, he hadn't mentioned a PT Cruiser, or I may have just gone and bought that BMW. I had previously driven base model PT's in Dallas as rental cars when visiting my corporate office, and never thought much of them. Spacious, yes, very comfortable seating stance (I'm a great big guy!), very much yes, but no options and lacking power. Jack pointed at this cute silver PT Convertible and told one of his sales people to put me in it. I grumbled about it right up until I sat in it. The seats, nice leather and well done. The interior was very nice, decent enough stereo, but what caught my eye was it was a 5-speed manual transmission, tied to a 2.4 ltr turbocharged engine. The test drive blew me away, I told the sales person to call he dealership and have them start the paperwork before we'd even gotten back. Since then I've put more than 1000 hours of work into the car, have raced it on both the drag strip and road course at Palm Beach International Raceway, ran the Tail of the Dragon with it, and have driven it from Miami to New York City, Chicago to Atlanta. I love my PT, and have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences I've had at Lake Norman CJD. Since then I've purchased my wife an Apsen hemi, and will be returning soon for another vehicle for her. You know you enjoy your visits when you just stop by to share a cup of coffee with the team there. Add to it Jack's provided give-aways to our PT Cruiser Car Club for events and meets, which in every case were a big hit. I completely decorated my car with Lake Norman CJD items at last year's Fall Auto Fair at the Lowe's Motor Speedway, where three cases of give-away items lasted only 21 minutes before they were all gone! Anyway, I suggest to EVERYONE to buy their next car here. Great team, great people, great times and now part of my extended family!!! More

What can I not say about the experience I had at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge? This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and c Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge? This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the entire staff that I dealt with from the front desk receptionist, to my salesman Karum Johnson "KJ", to the sales manager Bill and to finance account manager Amanda. I had initially inquired about a Jeep Cherokee on the Lake Norman dealership website and I received an email back from KJ. I called him immediately upon receiving letting him know what I was looking for and he asked me many qualifying questions on specs, amenities, etc to get a better grasp on what I wanted. We set up an appointment for Wednesday, March 3rd to do some test drives and see what I liked on the lot. I had no intention of buying a car when I arrived as I have a 2007 Jeep Wranger that I bought at another dealership brand new in June 2007 but I wanted to explore some options for better comfort and noise reduction. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk receptionist who asked me if I wanted anything from the cafe. She promptly called KJ to let him know I had arrived. KJ introduced himself and I immediately didn't think of him as the "typical car salesman". He was very friendly, down to Earth and seemed to genuinely care for what I wanted in a new car. He took my Wrangler to get an appraisal and we were off to the Cherokee that KJ had already had in mind based on what I told him I would like to have. After a test drive, we looked at a Limited edition that I had my eye on the second I walked in the dealership as it was parked out front so I had to walk past it. KJ and I put the models side by side so I could really determine what I wanted and I fell in love with the 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition immediately (which KJ said after the fact that he already knew as he saw it in my eyes). Than, of course, came the worse part of any car buying experience---THE NEGOTIATION (it really wasn't bad at all). KJ again asked many qualifying questions of what I was comfortable with, where I wanted to be, how much I wanted to pay, what I didn't want to pay, etc. After a couple of hours (and many phone calls to my dad and brother), we were able to reach a deal. Now the funny part is that the deal was made at 8pm...closing time but NO ONE at the dealership appeared concerned that they were having to work late. KJ had taken my brand new (only 10 miles on it) to get it cleaned, had pulled my old car around so I get my personal things, had lined me up with finance to sign all the paperwork and I was almost on my way. Amanda in the finance department was fantastic and showed me the options on the service plan and recommended the one she has for the Jeep she owns while also recommended some options for the plan that I was currently under in my old Jeep. After many congratulations, she shook my hand and told me that it was all mine. The front desk receptionist who was also there late took my picture of me with my new "baby" and because it was dark said she would take it again when I came back to get some things that had to be removed from my old car that I couldn't take off at the time. KJ filled my new car up with gas, pared my Blackberry up for me so I could use my new U-Connect (which by the way I absolutely love) and sent me on my way. Again, I have to say that I had a FANTASTIC experience with the entire team and will 100% recommend all of my friends and family to purchase a car from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Oh, on a side note...this dealership is almost 27 miles away from my home. I have a closer dealership nearby my home (less than 6 miles) that bought out the Jeep place I bought my old Jeep from. I have used that dealership for service before but far prefer driving out of my way 27 miles to get the service, assistance and friendliness I received at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More
