My experiences at your dealersh We bought a car over the weekend of 8/29/15. This is the fifth car we have purchased from Dan Wolf Automotive Group. My experiences at your dealerships have always been GREAT. That is why we continue to buy from you! For this recent purchase we dealt with salesman Steve Deason, new car manager Dan Gulley, finance manager Sam Saad and aftermarket sales Sherri Pacchiano. We appreciate the personal attention Steve Deason gave us every step of the way and were very impressed with his professional and courteous demeanor. We mentioned to Steve that we were also considering a Dodge Challenger from another dealer and he didn’t downgrade the competition. By showing respect for the competition, he demonstrated confidence in his own product. He also gave us space to consider the purchase, he stayed accessible, but don’t smother us. Steve took his time to explain the features of the car as well as going over all tech stuff in the vehicle. It was good to be informed of the next step in the process and we liked being accompanied by our salesman all the way to the end, even until we drove off the lot. Thanks Steve we appreciate your exceptional customer service. Dan Gulley and Sam Sadd were both nice and a pleasure to deal with as well. Dan did make counter offers, but that is expected in a negotiation. I just wish he would have been a little clearer on the rebates and 0% financing incentives. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on the sale price of the car, but everything got handled after all. Sherri Pacchiano has a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket. She has excellent verbal communication skills and a strong passion for taking care of customers. Everyone did an exceptional job, and I will be sure to remember their efforts when it comes time to purchase again or refer someone I know. Steve handled the purchase stress free and explained everything about the deal and car wonderfully. We left the dealership feeling comfortable and satisfied and everyone gave us great service. Sadly I had an accident in the 2015 Malibu which totaled the automobile. It was a very traumatic time for us. We contacted Dan Sully, who is totally amazing and he found us the exact car. We greatly appreciate all the efforts and service that Dan and Steve did to ensure we got the exact car. Steve handled the deal with compassion and stress free for us. Great car, great price, great service, great people X 2 We leased a Chevrolet Equinox LS in 2012, and had a great experience with it - the best car we've ever "owned". The 2012 lease expired this year, and we did our due diligence for size, cost, features, and service. (we = family of 4, with one over 6ft, and two with learners permits in a few months.) There was really no competition - not with the car, and not with the dealership. The people at the Chevrolet of Naperville were great to work with. All of them - the sales people, finance, management, and service. Simply great. They showed us the upgraded features in the LT (power driver seat and rear camera), as well as some BlueTooth and voice action features I didn't realize existed. (There was some laughs about the Gary Indiana v. Teenage-Boy air intake control) I really love the transparency they show - starting with the website, and ability to get price estimates for buying v. leasing, the ability to chat with someone online when it was convent for me. And all the way through the purchase - they were so easy and enjoyable to work with. Agreeing on the price was really easy, and l felt really positive that I had made a good buy. So much so, that we leased a second identical (except red, not silver) one a week ago - after our 200,000+ second car went kaput, And we're looking forward to the free "PIT STOP" maintenance service - as is my wife - who just Loves to be served. lol I expect to be doing business with this dealership for a long time. They are all service oriented, and seem to really strive to be and provide excellence. More

I got my truck I was in the market for a nice new truck and decided to stop by and see what was out there. Steve met us and asked what we where looking for. We got to take a black one for a test drive with no pressure to bye. I was able to order it new from the factory just how I wanted it. The color of rain forest green and beefed up tires makes this truck really nice. Bottom line is these guys know how to get you want you want and then to service it. Great bunch of folks working there so stop on in. More

Getting a new car really was that easy! Not only was that the easiest car purchasing process, it was incredibly customer service friendly. I was given options based on my criteria and did not feel pressured like I have with past purchases through other dealers. Steve and David both helped me and were informative of both financing terms and the bells and whistles on my new truck. I also briefly dealt with Sherri regarding some options, although I did not purchase any at the time. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as well. Premo was quick, thorough and that was hands down the fastest in and out of the finance department ever! I am super pleased with the overall experience and will definitely recommend them. More
