I appreciated not only Steve but, for the most part, all of the employees at the dealership who were helpful in the accomplishment of the purchase of my new vehicle. I test drove many different trucks to find the one that I really liked. And it was a tremendous help of being able to do so without the saleman being pushy. It was a great sales experience. Steve Z was great to workwith. I purchased a 2013 Fusion. This is the 2nd purchase at Long McArthur . Both Times I worked with Steve Z. Both times he was great to work with. No pressure I told him what i needed and he said what he could do for me. I was very happy with the price and the overall experience. I would highly recommend buying at Long McArthur and working with Steve Z. Without any notice this time i went in and only took a couple hours to work out a trade do financing and drive away with a new car.

Our experience at long MacArthur was great! Steve Z. showed us many styles of vehicles that we were interested in. He took his time to go over everything and make sure I was completely happy with my new vehicle .

I initially went to Long McArthur to purchase a used vehicle. After explaining what I was looking for and the requirements I had, Steve Z. guided me to the Ford Focus Titanium which would fulfill my requirements perfectly. I thought I needed something different but with careful listening to me Steve's knowledge of the vehicles was apparent and he recommended exactly what I needed. The entire staff at Long McArthur were awesome. From the greeting at the door when I entered the dealership, to offering refreshments, to proper automobile selection, and through the finance process.

Although I already knew what I wanted when I came in and knew what price I wanted to pay, it was just a matter of being treated respectfully, as an equal, and with the warmness one would expect when making a $24,000 purchase. Steve showed me all of that. He was welcoming, courteous, helpful, and always available with reliable information on my car of choice. (He may have even saved my life after warning me of a tractor-trailer that had indiscriminately cut me off. But at least I got to see how well the brakes worked) I felt no pressure to buy and we came to a reasonable price with my trade in. I would definitely recommend him and Long McArthur to anyone.

Steve Z. knew what I was looking for and made it happen. He did not place me in another higher priced car, unless I asked him too. He gave me a slice of pizza when I was starving and gave me a bottle of water. He worked hard to get me what I could afford and wanted. Thank you Steve Z. Look forward to working with you in the future!! Oh, and keep taking good care of my parents! :-)

For the past year I have been looking into buying a new 3/4 ton truck to replace my 2000 2500 Chevy. My wife and I made several visits to Long McArthur over the year and every visit was the same, our questions were answered and Steve Zelniker made it possable to look at or drive when needed and without pressure to buy right then. When we did pick a truck (2012 F250) we felt good about the experience

From start to finish, these guys were all working to accomplish getting the job done right. They were straight out and honest, a quality not found here in ILLINOIS with Dealerships. They were very professional and understanding to my needs. From 700 miles away they were able to accurately assess my trade and given an honest value for my vehicle. They made me feel like family not a stranger from another state.
