My wife Elizabeth and I purchased our first pre-owned Mungenast Acura in 1998. We were so pleased with the car and dealership that we traded for a new Acura TL in 2002. The day before Thanksgiving this Mungenast Acura in 1998. We were so pleased with the car and dealership that we traded for a new Acura TL in 2002. The day before Thanksgiving this year (2013), Elizabeth was driving and the "Check Engine" light came on. She took it into Mungenast Acura for service and after almost 11 years and 166,000 miles, we decided to simply replace the vehicle. This was a difficult decision, as my wife really loved the TL and the treatment she received through the years from the Acura dealership. We both liked the body style of the Lexus RX 350, so we decided to begin our new car search Friday morning at Mungenast Lexus. We were greeted by Mr. Ted Johnlikes who showed us several certified pre-owned RX 350 vehicles. We drove three and decided on a 2012 model. When we sat down with Ted to complete the trade, I was impressed with his knowledge of the Lexus vehicles as well as to how they compared with other competitive vehicles. I really felt better about making the decision to buy the RX 350. When Ted worked out the numbers on the trade, he showed me that with the "December to Remember" discounts that were available, we could purchase a new 2014 for a very reasonable difference! It was a no brainer! We purchased the new 2014. Now this is where the Lexus dealership begin to shine, my wife and I were anxious to leave as soon as possible to make a seven (7) hour drive in my truck to her sister's house in Mississippi. We explained this to Ted and he brought Susan Brockmeier in and explained our situation. Susan quickly made arrangements to finalize some protection services for the new car and scheduled delivery the following afternoon at 4 pm. We were quickly on our way! When we returned Saturday afternoon to pick up the new RX 350, Ted greeted us and introduced us to Mr. Mike Baek to finalize the contract. Again, Mike was a joy to work with, I felt like we were visiting with an old friend instead of buying a car. Mike then introduced us to Nancy Saputo who did a fantastic presentation on the new technology in the RX 350. We already feel like the fine treatment we received over the years at Mungenast Acura is about to be surpassed at Mungenast Lexus! Thanks to the entire Mungenast Team! James E. Henderson More

Buying a car can go from exciting to overwhelming and tedious. I didn't experience this at Mungenast! First time I went to Mungenast, I was searching for a preowned IS. Nate approached me and was very we tedious. I didn't experience this at Mungenast! First time I went to Mungenast, I was searching for a preowned IS. Nate approached me and was very welcoming. He didn't pressure me to buy anything that I wasn't happy with and let me bug him by test driving all the cars (sorry Nate!). I walked away empty handed but had a wonderful experience. Last week I came back to look at the '13 ES350 (you know us girls are indecisive), since they had the annual Lexus December to Remember event. Nate wasn't available so Mike O'shea, sales manager, helped me instead. After being disappointed in looking at preowned vehicles at other places and different cities, I wanted to see what Mike could do to help me out. He sure did! I walked away with a brand new 2013 ES350 with 72 miles on the odometer and in the color I wanted with the specs I wanted! The whole process from bugging Mike to find me my perfect car, having Alicia thoroughly explain the cool gadgets, to Mike in financing making sure I get the best rate, was definitely fun! Yes I said fun! Did I mention they put a red bow on top of my new car? :) There's zero intimidation factor (okay maybe when you first walk in) as everybody was super friendly and willing to help you out. I cannot wait to get my car serviced so I can lounge in their environmentally friendly building with free goodies and snacks. I definitely love being a new Lexus owner :) Thanks, Mungenast!!! More

I normally do not take the time to sit down and write a review or fill out a survey but I had to share my new vehicle purchasing experience. I set out looking for an IS F on line and eventually filled out review or fill out a survey but I had to share my new vehicle purchasing experience. I set out looking for an IS F on line and eventually filled out a credit app on the Lexus Financial web site late one night. First thing the next morning I received an e-mail and a phone call from my sales person John. It was his day off but he was more than happy to talk to me and get more information on the exact car I was looking for. After a little work John found the ONE and ONLY IS F in the color combo I wanted down in Florida. I stopped by the dealership with out an appointment to see John and try to get the ball rolling on the potential purchase of the IS F. John was with another customer at the time. That is when both Jeff and Becky offered to help me. I explained I was Working with John. They both told me they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and to let me test drive a couple of vehicles while John was with another client. Jeff and Becky spent an hour going over vehicle features, options etc and answering my questions. Jeff and Becky had no interest in taking away a sale from John but were just genuinely happy to help me. My service advisor Marty spotted me getting into one of the Demo's and came out and took the time to go over service intervals with me. He then offered to go on the test drive with me which he did. After returning to the dealership and speaking with John I decided to pursue the IS F. John explained that getting a limited production car from another dealer 3000 miles away could be difficult especially at the particular dealer this car was at. That is when Susan went to work and was able to negotiate a dealer trade. Yay Susan. John presented a price on this car that was approved by Brian. Brian took the time to come in and explain the pricing and thank me for the business. The price was better than other dealers advertised internet pricing so I said yes and was off to see Mike in Finance. Mike Baek was just a pleasure to deal with and made the whole finance process quick and painless. After signing the paperwork I was on my way home to await the arrival of my new car from Florida. I got a call from Mike the next day. He stated there was a small problem with the paperwork and asked if I would mind signing a new contract. I thought to myself here we go. My experience has has been great till now. He told me that he had actually got me approved for a lower interest rate than I was initially quoted and had previously agreed too. Mike even stayed an hour after closing to wait for me to come in and sign the new loan papers. He saved me about $1200 over the life of the loan. This is our Fifth Lexus and this dealership is why. More

We have owned Lexus products for over twenty years; however, this was our first automobile purchase in St. Louis since moving here. The people at Mungenast Lexus were all friendly, knowledgable, and helpful in all ways possible. We now have all Lexus products in our garage. Lexus products have been great for us through the years, but the outstanding people at the dealership really make the difference. More
