A long ago there was a service manager named Eric Bates, he was par excellent. Even current crop also provides me with excellent service They answers all my questions honestly. Even buying vehicles were made easy. I bought three vehicles from this dealership. Christian Norman and Chris Gorden help me to navigate the maze of information. In service Tara and Josh very thorough and helpful. Also, save me money applying discounts or coupons which I did not aware. Great job guys!! More

A part needed to be ordered and Tara called within a day or two to let me know it had arrived. Great follow up! (Which isn't always the norm at other dealerships). Always Top Notch Service I have gotten my RAV4 serviced at Byers since I bought it from them new. They are always thorough and explain what service is needed. The estimate for I have gotten my RAV4 serviced at Byers since I bought it from them new. They are always thorough and explain what service is needed. The estimate for the service was actually higher than the actual cost. A free car wash too. WOW! The staff is first class and treat you like they are glad you are there. The waiting room is spotless with plenty of comfortable seating. To make your wait better, they have complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and free WIFI. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer and always drive away knowing my car is good to go. I will never go anywhere else. Also, if I ever choose to buy another car, this is the place is will come to. More

My sister and I - both senior citizens - were traveling thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at By thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at Byers and they were WONDERFUL - they took my car in immediately - invited us to have coffee and muffins and before we finished they came back and said the car was ready NO CHARGE - I tried to pay them and they refused - stating they were happy to help us. I have never met any nicer people in my life!!!!! More
