Hi, I’m Teresa Wilson Assistant Service Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 1995 and joined Germain in 1998. Having been with Germain for so many years I am Toyota Certified and I believe in treating every customer as if they are a member of my family. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I’m a graduate of Pickerington High School. My husband Derek and I have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading and spending time with my family. If I were a superhero, of course, it would be Wonder Woman! My most played song on my playlist is Believer by Imagine Dragons which is a favorite to listen to in my preferred vacation spot Cancun Mexico. Cancun is so relaxing and beautiful it’s nice to kick back and just drift away to the music. Since I have owned three Rav4’s I’d have to say it’s my chosen Toyota. They are comfortable and a great family vehicle.

I came in for oil change in the morning I left more than two hours after. I tried to leave first time a warning light were still on so I had to go back in and they took it back. Second time I left got to th two hours after. I tried to leave first time a warning light were still on so I had to go back in and they took it back. Second time I left got to the highway and they called and asked me to bring it back. Turns out they cracked the cap when putting everything back and I was leaking oil. I also didn't appreciate when I made the apt. The oil change said 49.95 and didn't specify what type of oil. And when I get there I'm told I couldn't have that price. That was conventional only. I shoes her nowhere did it say conventional. I also told her how I had been trying to get in for over a week and the website said they would call but noone did. I tried three times that way. I also told her of the coupons I had seen. 25%off oil change, $10 off... Just to name a few. She didn't acknowledge I said it. They may have expired when I finally got the appointment but toyota always took expired coupons in the past. More

Just had my 2011 Avalon serviced and Germain Service is always top notch. Purchased my first Toyota in 1998 and have always had my cars serviced where I purchased them, at Germain.
