My Review Of Acura of Westchester:
Recently, i had a great deal of service done to my car and had to leave it at the dealership for about 2 weeks. I was so beyond impressed by the way i was taken care and my needs were met. The service rep i was working with, Tom, gave me a loaner car, and called us each day to give us an update on the status of my car. He was very upfront and straight forward about what my car needed, and did not make any repairs without contacting us first. When i came to pick my car up, i was given a hand written 'coupon' from the service rep for a complimentary full detail that i could use whenever i wanted. I called back a few weeks later to use the coupon and Shannon was a great help. She wanted to make sure i was happy with the work done to my car and had me test drive it around the block to make sure, which i felt was a very personal thing to do, because it shows how they value the work their company does. I was in and out the door in about 20 minutes with a loaner car so my car could be detailed. They kept my car overnight so they could make sure all the fluids were full and everything that needed to be greased/oiled could be done...without me asking!!! That was fantastic! Again, i was kept updated on everything they did, even though it was free of charge. I picked up the car yesterday and was blown away at how clean it was!! We have been clients at acura for many years and our experiences are always very positive, but this one in particular exceeded our expectations. I did not feel inconvenienced at all during this usually stressful process, which, i believe, really says a lot. The people who work there are very friendly and far beyond accommodating to the needs of their customers. They all are very knowledgeable about their cars, polite, friendly....the list goes on! Thank you so much for all your help!!!
