Thomas Maxfiled at Acura of Westchester

I've been doing business with A of W since June 2007. Never once have I been less than satisfied with the courtesy, expertise and professionalism of everyone I've dealt with. This is my 3rd car with this dealership. That says it all.

Recently, i had a great deal of service done to my car and had to leave it at the dealership for about 2 weeks. I was so beyond impressed by the way i was taken care and my needs were met. The service rep i was working with, Tom, gave me a loaner car, and called us each day to give us an update on the status of my car. He was very upfront and straight forward about what my car needed, and did not make any repairs without contacting us first. When i came to pick my car up, i was given a hand written 'coupon' from the service rep for a complimentary full detail that i could use whenever i wanted. I called back a few weeks later to use the coupon and Shannon was a great help. She wanted to make sure i was happy with the work done to my car and had me test drive it around the block to make sure, which i felt was a very personal thing to do, because it shows how they value the work their company does. I was in and out the door in about 20 minutes with a loaner car so my car could be detailed. They kept my car overnight so they could make sure all the fluids were full and everything that needed to be greased/oiled could be done...without me asking!!! That was fantastic! Again, i was kept updated on everything they did, even though it was free of charge. I picked up the car yesterday and was blown away at how clean it was!! We have been clients at acura for many years and our experiences are always very positive, but this one in particular exceeded our expectations. I did not feel inconvenienced at all during this usually stressful process, which, i believe, really says a lot. The people who work there are very friendly and far beyond accommodating to the needs of their customers. They all are very knowledgeable about their cars, polite, friendly....the list goes on! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

14 years of excellent service with no surprises. Pleasant knowledgeable people to deal with, clean facility, fair price and work is always done right the first time.

Very friendly, good service department, fair and reasonable on service and price. Waiting room pleasant with all staff being great on customer service. I would certainly recommend them, it is a very good operation.

From the atmosphere to the service was exceptional. I minute you enter the facilty you are greeted with professionalism. A detail explanation was given to the service needed as well as those that will be coming up by the service advisor(s), as well as the cost and time. Yet I was asked if I had other questions and or concerns. Acura of Westchester has set the bar extremely high in the custermer service that they provide thus they continue to exceed my expectation. I recommened anyone looking for fantastic service should visit them

I have been a customer of Acura of Westchester since 1992. I find this dealership to be the creme de la creme of dealerships in both the Sales and Service Departments.Thomas and Liz are superb customer service employees for this dealership. When I get a call from the dealership after my service appointment, I continually suggest that Thomas and Liz should be loaned out and put in charge of staff development for other dealerships in the area. Anthony was my last salesman. He was courteous and a "knew what he was doing" guy. He invited me back to let him help me with any new features that I had on my new car. I did not take him up on his invitation, but I really believed he was sincere in offering that kind of support to me. The whole Acura of Westchester dealership is a warm and friendly place to go to when you're making a large purchase like a new car. They have all their ducks in a row in both Sales and Service. I recommend them every chance I get. People are constantly making comments about my Acura TL when I purchase gas, go the supermarket, etc.

I came to Acura of Westchester after doing a lot of research on a pre-owned certified MDX.

Brianna is a very nice and very professional sales young lady.

She worked with me to ensure I could get all the bells and whistles I wanted (Roof Rails, Hitch Hook, Remote Start, etc.) at a very reasonable price, and even great financing!

I dealt with Brianna in Sales and Tom Maxfield in Service, and the whole team (including Danny and Chris) were all always very attentive to details, never dropped the ball with my requests.

I requested an alignment and balancing, and an upgrade on my remote start. I got a loaner car for a few days and everything went smoothly.

This is “white glove” treatment, they make me feel like a real VIP customer.

No one and I mean no one, takes customer satisfaction more personally than does
Thomas Maxfiled at Acura of Westchester's service dept. We have been doing
business with Acura of Westchester for years and frankly, Thomas Maxfiled has an awful lot to do with that fact. We absolutely feel that our car could not be in better hands, than when we leave it with Thomas. Thomas is excellent at his job and even better, he has a wonderful gift of explaining, so that we fully understand, what service/work will be done and when the work will be finished.
We are not in any way related to Thomas Maxfield, we love him all the same. Thank you so much Thomas for all the years of wonderful service. We recently purchased another new Acura TSX from Acura of Westchester and Thomas, you were a strong point in that equation. Acura of Westchester is always ready to step up. Thanks guys; we love our new car!!!

I have been serviced by Tom for over 2 years now, used to be with my tsx now its the TL. I couldnt of been more happy then to leave my car in Tom's hands. He is so good at what he does and he is very reasonable. He gets right to the point and knows what he is talking about. His knowledge is superior and when it comes to servicing he is top notch the best !!!! Thanks Tom for all your help as always ill continue to be helped by you and your awesome expertise and outstanding customer service.
