The car I was sold is already having problems and I have only had it for one month. I have been told I am stuck with this car no matter what. It could of been better. .. our sales representative was not prepared when we got there. Took 4 hrs between paying the deposit and then having an issue with insurance. Our experience was beyond fantastic, the prices were unmatched, the sales professionals were outstanding, the workers coming and going on the lot were great, the people in the offices were down to earth, friendly and professional. Our experience was the best we ever had buying anything. Michael Koltz was our sales professional and I without a hesitation would highly recommend him with no hesitation. His knowledge on vehicles was impressive and his follow through on all the little questions I had was superb. Spending money right now on big ticket items is hard, Merchants Auto made it the best experience we ever had. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They were all so great and actually went above and beyond, my son said to me "mom, send them a fruit basket". I wasted so much valuable time shopping around, TRUST ME.....START WITH MERCHANT AUTO, HOOKSETT NH. I would ask for Michael Koltz, his automobile background is impressive, he does not work on commission, he is a U.S. Veteran special forces, he is honest and is the one I will search out on buying our next few cars (I have 6 children). 5 star, gold start, excellent rating with me and my family. We got the best Suburban, we love it. More

I was a little nervous looking at cars but once I stepped in the door, Elias was very helpful, made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to help me purchase a vehicle. While I was signing the pape in the door, Elias was very helpful, made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to help me purchase a vehicle. While I was signing the papers for my new car, there were two people looking at it! He was simply fantastic! Even though there is a small crack in the windshield, they did everything they could to apologize to me and fix it!! A++++ Team !!! As was the Finance Office. They had inventory of the vehicle I wanted, but that is the ONLY reason I'd go back. My email responses to their ads were unanswered. I was not treated with respect, consideration or appreciation. At one p the ONLY reason I'd go back. My email responses to their ads were unanswered. I was not treated with respect, consideration or appreciation. At one point the salesman got up and walked off for 1/2 hour with zero explanation. You don't do that to a customer. Nor do you say you're going to call them within 48 hours, but let 10 days go by. Emails weren't returned, I was forgotten, I was kept waiting with no explanation, the process took weeks longer than typical, documents that were supposed to be sent were not sent, or sent to the wrong address. And they have this ridiculous "one key" policy. So I have to take hours to go get a second key and remote, at a cost of up to $300. The vehicle surely came with two keys originally. I cannot imagine they didn't charge the lessor of the vehicle prior to me for a lost key. And I got no owner's manual. Figuring out the electronics is not always intuitive. More

All I can say is WOW. Although our sales person Steve was extremely busy he made sure sure we were attended to throughout the whole time we were there. Constantantly checked in with us while bouncing from cu extremely busy he made sure sure we were attended to throughout the whole time we were there. Constantantly checked in with us while bouncing from customer to customer. What really made my wife and I happy was the attentiveness shown to our grandkids from the entire staff. They got loud at times and not once did I hear anything regarding it. All they talked about to everyone last night was Steve. I will most definitely be back to get myself a car/truck in a few months. The service department did an oil change on my vehicle it was the first oil change my vehicle was only 4 months old after the oil change a custom customer of mine I said hey keep your car is leaking oil so I was the first oil change my vehicle was only 4 months old after the oil change a custom customer of mine I said hey keep your car is leaking oil so I brought it back to Merchants and they said that there was a cracked oil filter housing and they were going to charge me $500 to fix it this was their problem the mechanic cracked it when he did the oil change he either cross-threaded the cap or he over tighten the cap which caused it to crack because of the cold weather instead of them saying this is my fault we will fix it they charged me $500 to get my car back do not go to Merchants for your service.. THERE SERVICE MECHANICS ARE.LIERS AND DON'T FESS UP TO THERE MISTAKES DON'T USE THEM More
