$265.00 to have the battery replaced I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and battery replacement, the oil change was prepaid and I had a $15.00 gift card for the $24.99 tire rotati I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and battery replacement, the oil change was prepaid and I had a $15.00 gift card for the $24.99 tire rotation and the battery. I ended up with a $685.43 bill. The 3 wheel lug nuts and and 1 wheel stud I can some what under stand even thou 5 hours labor @ $360.00 seemed a little high, I can live with that but 2 hours labor @ $140.00 to install a $125.00 battery is not acceptable. I know where the battery is mounted and I know the air filter housing and intake duct hose and PCV and gas tank vent hoses all come to gather at the air filter housing and is mounted above the battery but a mechanic with a good set of tools and air tool would have it replace in less then half the time More

One happy customer I really liked how the service member explained my service to me. Made me feel comfortable and if there would be any problems ( of which there were no I really liked how the service member explained my service to me. Worst customer service! I had just purchased a used car and the agreement to purchasing the used car was to have a backup camera installed like how it comes from the Factory. I had just purchased a used car and the agreement to purchasing the used car was to have a backup camera installed like how it comes from the Factory. I went to take the car in for service that was supposed to take a day to install the camera and check a raddling noise coming from my door, three days later I come to find out something is damaged on my door now that wasn’t damaged when I took it in and they couldn’t installed the backup because my car did not have the factory wiring harness. Before I took the car to service, I physically took a picture of the wiring harness to assure that it could be done correctly. Once I told them that I had the picture they magically were able to install it like the factory ones and come to find out they had ordered the wrong camera in the first place. All this happened over the first month of me purchasing a dodge charge that was sitting in service. During this month they gave me a carvan as a rental car for that entire first month. I then go to pick up the car and find out the door panel they damaged taking apart my door was still not fixed. I waited another month for that part and go to drop of the car again and had waited 3 hours in service to come out to my car the same exact way. I was then told they had ordered the wrong door panel. It is now 2019 and I am still waiting for my door panel and can not even get it fixed due to the fact that my car is now stored for winter and have to wait for winter to be over to hopefully hear that they received the correct part and able to fix my door panel. More
