I have been a customer of Falmouth Toyota for 20 years. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and consider ourselves Toyota loyalists. For this recent purchase we ventured to many different dealerships to test a variety of car makes/models in an effort to do more due diligence. We used Toyota products as our scale for vehicle comparison and Falmouth Toyota as our benchmark for customer service. We ultimately purchased from Falmouth Toyota. We have confidence we have bought a reliable vehicle. We were treated exceptionally well by our salesperson, Ron and the rest of the sales team. For example, Ron helped to streamline the testing process by lining up several vehicles for us to drive one right after another, versus how we were treated at other dealerships where the sales associate would bring us back into the showroom between each vehicle test. We were welcomed into the dealership by name by the General Manager and the Sales Manager. The Service Manager, Tony Martino helped us through the difficult time post-accident/full vehicle loss by coordinating insurance reviews, vehicle towing, vehicle removal and a personal handoff to the sales team for vehicle replacement. We recommend Falmouth Toyota to our friends and family. Falmouth Toyota is one of our favorite companies to do business with. More

We have been using Falmoth Toyota since we first moved here in 1991 for all our needs. Recently (Jan/2014) we purchased a used 2008 Highlander and the salesman, Mark Faria, was very easy going and laid b here in 1991 for all our needs. Recently (Jan/2014) we purchased a used 2008 Highlander and the salesman, Mark Faria, was very easy going and laid back. Absolutely no pressure, which was just what we were looking for. He is a fairly new salesman with Falmouth Toyota but I will be recommending him to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. He did not come across as over confident, which I have seen in others, which is a huge turn off. We know that Toyota makes a great product, reliable and dependable so you don't have to convince us and when he didn't have an answer for our questions, he did not try to dodge it, he simply said he didn't know but would find out. We went in with a different vehicle in mind but walked out with a Highlander and we could not be happier. Absolutely no buyers remorse! I would also like to acknowledge the finance manager, Peter, everything was very straightforward and clear. From start to finish we were in and out in under 4 hours and we test drove 4 different vehicles before we made a decision. I would also like to send a "shout out" to the service dept. Both Taylor and Tony have been my go to people when it comes to maintaining our vehicles and I would not be going to Falmouth Toyota if it weren't for their outstanding knowledge and customer service though out the years. They truly are like family as they have seen me at my best and worst and have always had the patients to deal with my questions. Both my husband and myself have been 100% satisfied with the service we have received at Falmouth Toyota in every way! More

I owned a white 2000 Rav4 purchased from Mike Conroy at Falmouth Toyota in 2003 which had come to the end of its useful life this past summer. I asked Mike to find me another used Rav4 with under 100K mil Falmouth Toyota in 2003 which had come to the end of its useful life this past summer. I asked Mike to find me another used Rav4 with under 100K miles on it and no newer than 2005, the last year before the Rav4 'grew' about 15". I wanted white but settled for the grey-green 2004 he found with 52K on it. I am happy with the car and am pleased that I also bought the extended warranty - only one of the heat wires in the rear window functions, and the repair/replace will be covered under the warranty. I have had all service done at Falmouth Toyota for many years - very satisfactory as well. More

Falmouth Toyota has bent over backwards to help myself and my husband with our "Lemon" that WE DID NOT BUY FROM FALMOUTH TOYOTA. We bought a corolla from a family owned small shop in Wareham. With in a ye and my husband with our "Lemon" that WE DID NOT BUY FROM FALMOUTH TOYOTA. We bought a corolla from a family owned small shop in Wareham. With in a year we had $$$thousands of dollars put into the car. Falmouth Toyota, with out hesitation, gave us multiple rentals (with no charge) while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. The car was CLEARLY a lemon. With out discussion, the team at Famouth Toyota took us under their wing and helped us the best they could. This resulting in us buying a new vehicle. They took the lemon as a trade in and sent us on our merry way. We are internally greatful for their gracious and kind hearts and helping us out WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO A SINGLE THING! xox Thank you again Falmouth Toyota and TEAM! You are fantastic!! I found the entire process of selecting and deciding to purchase this vehicle quick, easy and without stress. I knew going in what I was looking for and as luck would have it there was a perfect choice in purchase this vehicle quick, easy and without stress. The only glitch was waiting several days for the title to be obtained from the previous lender but that is something beyond the control of this dealersip. Once that was done the deal was closed and I drove away in the perfect vehicle for my needs. More

Over the years we have gone off cape and bought many vehicles from the various Quirk dealerships. We have no complaints as all our experiences were positive but Falmouth Toyota is definitely a notch ab vehicles from the various Quirk dealerships. We have no complaints as all our experiences were positive but Falmouth Toyota is definitely a notch above. The best car buying experience we've ever had. We bought a 2013 Corolla for my wife after soliciting internet quotes for comparable vehicles from several dealers. Internet research at Kelly Blue Book and Edmund's showed the initial quote from Falmouth Toyota was VERY favorable and all the numbers were very straightforward, as they should be. By comparison, quotes I received from Honda dealers seemed comparable but upon questioning I discovered that the quotes did NOT include the destination charge. That's a pretty big number to leave out when a consumer is trying to compare apples to apples. Add that to the big difference in doc fees that other dealers charge and quotes that LOOKED similar are suddenly closer to one thousand dollars higher. We like the way Falmouth Toyota does it. No games or surprises. As for the rest of the sales experience, John O'Keeffe went above and beyond especially in the time he spent familiarizing us with the vehicle even AFTER the deal was consummated. Excellent product knowledge, friendly, and professional. Keith Stanger was great as well. There was excellent follow through to our initial internet inquiry but absolutely no pressure. He worked hard to make the deal happen without being the slightest bit overbearing. We were totally impressed with the overall dealer experience and we will definitely return for service as well as future car purchases. We will also be sure to tell our friends! Falmouth Toyota gets an A+++++++++. One additional note. Several days after picking up the Corolla we noticed an unusual sound in the steering at very low speeds. We had read that the Corolla uses electric assist power steering as opposed to hydraulic so we were not sure if the noise was normal or indicative of a problem. We called the service department and asked if we could bring it by and have someone come out to listen to it. Taylor Voner said to bring it right over and we did. The service manager (Tony Martino) came out and listened to it. He then went and got another 2013 and sure enough that one made the sound as well, so it is in fact normal for the model. We appreciated that he actually brought the other one to the service lot so we could hear it for ourselves rather than just saying he had checked one.... very reassuring for my wife. She loves the car and the sound is really not a problem now that we know it is "the norm" and not indicative of an issue with the steering. More

Falmouth Toyota simply does an exemplary job at making the customer experience great. No pushy sales people, everyone with a smile, if they don't know the answer, they find someone who does. Negotiating my deal was unhurried from my perspective. It was easy to communicate my needs, and the salesman, Townsend Wells, was professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. Amy Killoran made the paperwork effortless, and was always available by phone when questions came up. But what I have to call out that stuck with me over the years, was the helpfulness of the service staff. We weren't always Falmouth Toyota customers. We purchased our Toyota Highlander in 2009 in Wellesley, and had it serviced in Kingston. But when mechanical problems were not addressed at the previous dealership to our satisfaction, I stopped in at Falmouth Toyota and Tony Marino, the Service Manager, jumped in my car, listened to my problem on a short test drive, and had the problem fixed at no cost to a total stranger! His "can-do" attitude can be seen in any of his staff. As an example, within minutes of signing the deal for my new RAV4, Taylor Voner, an Assistant Service Manager who has worked with us many times, sought us out while we were still in the Business Manager's office, and congratulated us on our decision. Taylor has been a great resource for us during the past 4 years for many reasons, but we especially appreciate his friendly, outgoing manner. So hats off to Falmouth Toyota, and thanks again, Townsend, for being a sales professional, not just an auto sales guy. More

I really needed a new truck but my budget was not that good. Tony had been fixing my old truck for years and doing all that was possible. When we decided it just couldn't be fixed any more he sent me to good. Tony had been fixing my old truck for years and doing all that was possible. When we decided it just couldn't be fixed any more he sent me to Keith. Keith did a wonderful job at looking at my needs and what I could afford. It was a four door instead of extended cab and I was a little stubborn at first but he went way out on the price so I could afford it and now I love the four door. It is better than I thought and Ian worked out all the little details and even helped me unload my old truck into new one (which was really loaded up since I was on my way home from a trip.) I have always been happy with SERVICE GUYS and now I have two new sales guys THUMBS UP. I loved my old truck and it was bitter/sweet leaving it behind, I never looked back once I drove away in New one. Thank you!!! FALMOUTH TOYOTA Cathy Nee More
