I Have been a Regular customer for over 25 yrs now and never had a bad experience. As a small business owner myself the quality of service and personnel is second to none in the auto industry. I purchased it from Ron Sjahfiedin, he gave me all the information I needed and answered any questions I might have. He was polite and helpful. Over 30 years we have very happily worked with Falmouth Toyota. We have purchased and had all service performed here, over 10 new & used vehicles for us, our family and business. NOT ONCE were we disapoint Toyota. We have purchased and had all service performed here, over 10 new & used vehicles for us, our family and business. NOT ONCE were we disapointed or concerned about quality of service we received. We have also felt that the prices are more than fair. They have never recommended service unless we needed it and were honest about what can be deferred if money was tight. We HIGHLY recommeded their cars and services. More

I have been with Falmouth Toyota through 15 cars. The staff, particularly the service department, is the finest of any around. Tom Murphy, the owner, is always available to speak with and Tony Martino th staff, particularly the service department, is the finest of any around. Tom Murphy, the owner, is always available to speak with and Tony Martino the head of the service department gives honest opinions on maintaining the vehicle, as well as Taylor in service. Dave DeGravia in sales gave us the best possible deal and was kind, friendly and curtious. I will continue a long relationship with Falmouth Toyota for many years to come. More

I'm also using this dealer to buy a used car now and am very happy with their service and knowledge, but my favorite story is when I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion. I was given an estimate of over $2 very happy with their service and knowledge, but my favorite story is when I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion. I was given an estimate of over $2000 to fix something in the front end of my Camry. I drove it up to make an appointment, Tony listened to my complaint, rolled up his white sleeves, got under the car, fiddled with something and told me I was all set. He charged me nothing and completely solved the problem! The service department has always been very helpful and efficient and willing to advise me toward other ways to get a job done, when I couldn't afford the Toyota parts. Everyone I know really likes this dealership. More

Falmouth Toyota has the best service department I have ever used. They are friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced, will actually tell you if what you wanted isn't really necessary (I asked for 4 new t ever used. They are friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced, will actually tell you if what you wanted isn't really necessary (I asked for 4 new tires and they told me I didn't need them yet!!). I enjoy waiting in their waiting area. They have muffins, coffee and wi-fi. I would recommend them very highly. More
