Was pleased that Plaza Lincoln came to get the car for it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am very disappointed in the condition of the car when returned. It was supposed to be washed. There were smears across the windshield, water spots on the roof, dirt spots at the hatch and the tires were covered with black soot. More

When making a appointment for service I asked Chris if my wife could drive a Nautilus the same day. She made arrangements for Scott to give us a ride. Later that day I called Scott and asked for some numbers wife could drive a Nautilus the same day. She made arrangements for Scott to give us a ride. Later that day I called Scott and asked for some numbers. He called be back shortly with numbers. One of the fastest car deliveries I’ve ever had. He worked a lot of the process over the phone and the rest on Saturday. Hats off to Scott he did a great job. Your finance manager was very thorough as well (John?). More
